First of all, I must say I love Flay's reasoning for his random vote. [/legit compliment, don't read into that]
Bamboo, I think you've forgotten about the Iroquois Mounted Warrior.
Assuming he didn't go PTW on us (Play the World ... which means even more civs to analyze ... let's hope not), then the following civs would prob have something related to movement for their UU:
F-15 Fighter: Americans: (probably bombard though)
Rider: Chinese: (possibly attack, but its a horse....)
Something or another: English: (it's a boat ... iunno what that would be... could be movement though ... or could have some other special trait)
War Elephant: Indians: (more likely attack but hey... it's an animal)
Cossack: Russians: (it's Cavalry with +1 defense... but it's a horse once again)
So we have potentially 5 civilizations, though realistically fewer than that, who could have a movement-related UU. I think it would pay off if these five civs decided to advance eras rather than build units. Most only have to advance one or two eras (exception: Americans, who will probably have to advance three and therefore it's not worth it)
If you are one of these civs, I would recommend NOT saying so.

Two things:
- didn't see the post above mine at time of posting. Will respond to that later.
- When I say "movement-related UUs", I meant "non-ancientera movement-related UUs"
- if there are any posts between my 12:50 post and this one, I haven't read that either.

I'm here.
Unvote: Mr. Flay
since that vote is nothing but random.
Personally, I would rather NOT have someone directing what everyone does at night. Let's leave a little bit of mystery to the mafia eh? After all, we aren't quite sure what powers they have.
Claiming will be interesting later on in this game. I wonder if there are any non-vanilla civs.

Ah, but it's not the same thing you see.
Breaking the game was referring to the no lynch strategy where we got lots of nights at the expense of only one town.
Since we aren't breaking the game, I am opposed to being simply "told" what to do. Removes the surprise element, which removes the "fun" ... you should know that inhim, you seem opposed to breaking "fun" in these games.
Gamebreak comes first, but if we aren't doing that I'll be damned if I'm gonna be bossed around by a plan I don't think is any better than whatever I wind up doing.

Well I personally like two things:
- winning
- freedom
...hence, unless it's a game-breaking or uber-good strategy, i'm reluctant to be following anyone's advice if I think I can come up with something better that I'd rather not say
Just like to take this moment to say I'm here, I'm reading, and I'm gonna wait to see how this Vesuvan/Puzzle bit plays out.

Unvote, Vote: Puzzle
Your logic is garbage. Simply put, you are ignoring unique units for a VERY bad reason. You are assuming far more than you should, in an attempt to make your logic seem valid.
Simply put, if you actually WERE town and HAD upgraded, you would know that you don't receive your results until the next night begins.

I will
Unvote: Puzzle
as his claim seems good.
For those of you asking for clarification, look closer. No clarification is needed. If you insist, I will be suspicious of you (but will give it anyway ... not that it should matter).
