Giving the traitor the ability to kill until he is recruited makes the mafia's decision of whether and when to recruit the traitor an interesting question, while the traitor doesn't know who the mafia are, and therefore has to choose carefully who to kill just as a town vig does, but in reverse.

Seems rather un-normal to me, tbh. Plus, it seems like a poorly designed role to me. I don't see the appeal of it at all. It seems to encourage sub-optimal play.

I wonder if the "Smooth Operator" would work here. I mean,

the games weren't glorious in the terms of votecounts

, but he jumped in as backup mod and succeeded in the important stuff.

yeah, I was a bit disappointed with getting vote counts done in HP. I kept thinking I was ok, and then all of a sudden it had been like 6 pages since a VC. That's the main thing that I was disappointed with when modding that game. Not really an explanation for that besides I kept misinterpreting the speed of the game and length of time since a VC. Although I may also blame Gears Mafia for wanting me to do about 8 VCs in a 24 hour span

I think a lot of that previous were based off 1 game?

Nominations or winners? Because if it was nominations, I oppose all of them as well. If it was winners, then people forgot what the award actually means. If it's just for one game, it should be more in "Best Performance". There's a reason we have Body of Work as well as single game scummies.

. Was claimed to be bastardly, was incredibly so, and was still one of the most fun games I've ever been in.

Nominate MacavityLock for Best Role Claim in A Clash of Kings

I was in a hydra with MacavityLock this game and he basically singlehandedly saved us from a lynch because he whipped together a masterful claim in a matter of hours. We were scum and he came up with the claim after we were tracked to a dead body. It had just the right mix of flavor and involvement of living townies to WIFOM us out of the lynch and survive the rest of the game for a split scum victory. We were the last scum alive for our team on Day 4 when the claim happened and we survived to victory on Night 8. Probably one of the best claims I've seen in my time on the site.

This, IMO,

really

toes the line of a self-nom, because even if you weren't the one who made it, you were, if that makes sense.

. The flavor was fantastic, felt to me just like reading the books. And I think the vast majority of players enjoyed the game, even with the win condition hiccup at the end and some VI'ing by certain players.

Nominating the town (esp. Parama, Charter, and Kagelord) of Mini 1063 - Pointlessville for Best Performance Pro-Town Team.

Parama and Charter caught pretty much every scum in the game, and KageLord helped even more by shooting correctly N0. We almost ended up lynching Parama after Charter got killed (mostly my fault), but we lynched cruelty anyways and won the game. Overall, excellent performance.

No self-noms
