Nicol has been lynched. He was the Chairman of the Community Council. Being the type of guy who tends to be in the know before everyone else, he knew a bit more about the Dox Cult. Perhaps too much for him not to be involved? Was the problem of the Dox Cult eliminated once and for all?

Later that Night, now with enough people to begin orchestrating his plan, the Prophet of the Dox revealed himself to the Town and staged a violent coup of its government. Gandalf, a citizen well known for his skepticism of religion, would not stand down and convert to Doxism when threatened and was then eliminated.

Oh yes. I took joy in misleading the Town with things like that. Thats why flavor hints were geared to help town- balance.


The hints mostly clarified some of the flavor, undermined the idea of modlynching, and the last one hinted about the Chairman's early knowledge. When he asked for his win condition, I decided that I could mess around with that knowledge to give the chairman role the advantage of knowledge while discombobulating the usefulness of role claiming.
