VOTE: Jack

He seems like the obvious choice now.

I don't object to the JackWagon, but I figured I'd offer up someone else I think would be a good choice.
Why do you think Primate is a good choice?

Contrary to what he says, his name stuck out as one of the better players on the playerlist.
:?:

Is this a criterion for tribune? I would be much more comfortable with making someone I pretty much know is town tribune.

I know this might seem from out in left field, but should we not elect a tribunal today? We don't have any accurate reads right now, and it might be best to hold off electing a tribunal for a day (my reasoning is that I don't want to elect scum to tribunal and screw ourselves out of a scumlynch).

If you're insisting on not allowing either one of us to die today, I would propose this alternative: everyone divides themselves up into two groups. I will guarantee that the consuls tomorrow are one person from each group.
how about dividing everyone in two groups A and B
and you choosing both consuls out of A and Jack choosing both consuls out of B?
that way even if one consul dies, we still know who of you is the real consulmaker.

PS:
FoS: chesskid
, for his nonsense-attack on me.
This is a great idea, and doesn't take until D3 to kill one of the fakes. Makes me think Sens is scum trying to drag out offing one of his teammates.
^I agree with this.
chesskid3 wrote:Lol i smell omgus from the consul. OMGUSOMGUSOMGUS.
Also way to completely steal someone elses idea there bro.
OMGUS is a hackneyed buzzword, not a scumtell.
Would you like to try again?

Primate wrote:It contains a lot of things under its umbrella that are scumtells though. Couple of big ones can be called OMGUS. Don't think what happened between Nath and Chess there specifically was of any particular note though.
Um, OK.

chesskid's arguement isn't this sophisticated, though. It's just a vague dismissal of Nat with these meaningless five letters and he expects us to find meaning in them. Whenever someone doesn't clearly guide us through why we should think someone else is scum, that seems indicative of
acting
to me.

Speaking of vagueness...
Jack wrote:I'm not interested in the method.

Let's talk about how lowell and porochaz are scummy.

I don't like chesskid either.
I think the liar among you and ribwich is scum, and I think it's you (ribwich's posts and attitude are more honest and genuine than yours).

I also think it would be strategically advantageous this early on to scum to bus their buddy in a side note (chesskid) rather than overtly. (PS: lowell does seem townish to me; porochaz has only posted once, so it's too early to call for him)

mmmm, I diagree. If chesskid were trying to have a productive arguement (scrap), I think he would make more of an effort to say something that people could actually debate over.

Jack wrote:What's been town about lowell?
From the diction and shamelessness of his posts, he seems genuine about his reads (though not really solid - hence why I called him town
ish
).
chamber wrote:Not interested sounds more like he doesn't care how the groups are created than that he opposes the suggested methods. We should be working on electing tribunes though. Primate is going to be 1, whos going to be number 2? I suggest InHim Lowell and Myself as reasonable choices.

Vote InHim
for now.
I'm with you on your vanderbilt vote, but I'm not seeing why Primate is such an
obvious
choice. He writes very clearly and effectively, but my read on him is still pretty null.

VOTE: vanderbilt groundhog (inhimshallibe)

P. Edit: That's an odd thought, why would two scum claim CM immediately? Do you have any evidence to back up this assertion?

I would think that in your situation, the real consulmaker would just counterclaim, and then there would be 2 scum outed to get rid of a powerrole that's going to be replaced anyway.

Where the f#$% are all these chesskid town reads coming from? He's pointing out a bunch of nulltells-at-best and expecting us to find them scummy.

Not townish. At all.

I really likes he's post, and should be tribune IMO

But everyone that hasn't posted anything in this game yet needs to do it ASAP
