To anyone who is interested in this side of video game "addiction" or "overuse", I really recommend that you listen to this podcast below.

For those who don't know Taverncast used to be a WoW podcast that became a more varied podcast based on "round-table" barroom discussions. This particular show is about one of the host's experiments. He found out that people were playing an enormous amount and he decided that he'd experiment with playing about 10 hours a day for a few weeks and see the effects.

This is really well presented, and has really interesting results:
