POI to the speaker: Have you considered that any nation that vetos a nuclear attack of another nation, if the overall consensus of the delegates is to send a nuclear attack, will be looked at very closely and weapons inspectors sent there at the earliest opportunity?

If there is a nation in the Axis of Evil that has veto power, wouldn't it be in that nation's best interest to sacrifice their fellow evil nation in order to prevent suspicion from falling upon themselves?*

*(I haven't quite worked out the effect that MUNSCUM 003 might have on my above assertion.)

Taking the risk of being out of order, I'd just like to say that I've adjusted my signature so that you can see which country I represent when I post. (Because I'm having a hard time remembering what country you all represent and it's annoying me having to refer to the front post all the time). If any other delegates wanted to do the same, I would appreciate it greatly.
I'm not sure why it's not appearing on my earlier posts.

This delegate is confused and angry. I feel as though I have been put in an impossible situation. I am not at all comfortable with the weak arguments for nuking Romania. I am certainly not comfortable with the ammendment to MUNSCM 007 that means I would have to sacrifice myself in order to use my veto power. Delegates, by passing this ammendment you are making your veto-powered nations useless.

However - I have always felt a strong responsibility to the UNSC to vote with the majority

because

of my veto power. I will probably abstain from voting on MUNSCM 007, and I certainly

abstain from voting on the ammendment

, whilst noting my deep disappointment in the lack of faith shown in your veto powered nations.
