I am also against the proposal to place the MABM's in Chile and would like to speak.

Point of Information directed towards the speaker
2. Every day, a resolution MAY be passed which allows the weapons inspectors to enter one country, and give a report to ONE country. The inspection takes place at night.
Am I correct in assuming that In your proposal to send the weapons inspectors to China, you would like the report send to the Phillipines? What is to stop the axis of evil from simply targetting the Philipines or China during the night.

The delegate from Angola
votes against
the resolution.

I would also like to be added to the speakers list. I will be proposing a resolution dealing with the sending of the report, MABM utilization, and where the Council should send the Weapons Inspectors.

At the risk of being disliked, I am going to have to request replacement also, too formal for my liking. Sorry CS

Har har har.
The delegate from Angola wished to be replaced a few pages ago, but nobody noticed.
