chesskid: I posed the question to Chaotic Neutrality. If he believed that neither was scummy, he could have that explained that and answered it on his own terms. I didn't say he had to choose one or the other.

Ha, that first question was just sort of...there. Not really sarcasm, but I didn't intend for you to answer it. I guess I should have specified.

Anyway, I have to disagree with you on the second question. While the scumminess at this point may be negligible, I believe that chkflip, if anyone, is scummy here. I was in the game that seems to have sparked this debacle (as well as ThAdmiral, I think. I don't remember it too well). Anyway, I see where chesskid's frustration is coming from via that game. I think chkflip's defensiveness is something to take note of.

It is at this time that I would like to pose a question to chkflip: You mentioned that we can easily tell if this is town-andrew or scum-andrew. Is that possible yet? If not, is there an approximate time when you believe you could come to such a conclusion?

I know you cannot answer for gandalf, but no one can deny what he did yesterday was scummy. He hammered yesterday without and a claim and with questions still left unanswered, and then replaced out yet still posted in the thread after being replaced.

It has already been explained that gandalf5166 replaced out of all his games. drmyshottyizsik has explained his circumstances, and if doesn't get around to it in a few days, then I'd rather have him replaced then lynch him.

OK, I really don't see why these two are our top scumminesses. If I had to vote one of them, I'd vote Akira, but only because of very, VERY minor reasoning based on the spoiler posts. I read all of Day 2 so far, and I couldn't find much case that expanded beyond buddying.

I think DMSIS's actions today combined with gandalf's stuff yesterday is most scummy. andrew would be second scummiest. His post, "ok chkflip then akira" without voting either, then he tries to sneak an Akira vote in afterwards. That just did not sit well with me.
