You both were co-mods in Pledge of Allegiance so I think SpyreX would know that a decent number of people would probably pick Orange as their first pick so why would he pick a singular faction that would go to someone's number one? It seems like a throw away color choice.

There wasn't a huge amount of 'logic' behind the choice but the thought process went as thus:

I didn't want to be scum. Thus, I picked town first. However, it's been a long, long time (if ever?) since I've been an SK so that might be a hoot. So, town/sk. SK second because that way IF I get my first pick I then can throw out the (albeit not very) useful tidbit that SK is probably in the game.

Now, the poor logical train tans is using is sooo bad its making me worry that the part I had issues with is town.

I can't really think of a reason to pick Orange as a second pick since there most likely is going to be at least one person out of any group of 25 that would pick Orange, so going for Orange as a second pick is just going to be a waste; especially when there is probably three basic permutations of color choices:

* town color/town color;
* scum color/scum color; or
* SK color/town or scum color.

Picking [preferred alignment]/Orange just eliminates the opportunity to get a preference of alignment if the first choice is full already. I assume it would be pot luck for anyone who didn't get either of their choices of just filling in the cracks.

Yeah, based on your 1st post I think you probably drew a VT role or a regular goon role Sensfan, however since I do not have much to go on, I forgot that Andrius wanted purple, and since Red is one of the primary colors used for making purple there is a 50/50 chance that Andrius picked Red Scum, and hence, is our best lynch for now.

Now, aside from the raw madness in Red makes Purple thus Andrius is scum which is amazing there is the simple fact he went "welp, you're a VT or scum" based on more of that amazing madness - and then never followed up what would be an actual good avenue if he actually believed it.

While waiting for the mod(s) to answer my question about whether or not the vote count was messed up, something Andrius said rang a little bell. Currently listed amongst my abilities is my voice and my vote. And in my items is my ring, which is the source of my power. I asked danakillsu if I would lose my voice/vote if I lost my ring and the reply was that I would find out if or when that should happen.

The reason I bring this up and overall want to stop blind color claiming is that we have to remember that this is Black Lantern Mafia and not Lantern Corps Mafia. Losing one's ring doesn't not necessarily result in death and I'm theorizing that it's possible to be "found" by other rings/factions. And I'm sure Nekron is involved somewhere/somehow. Probably as a cult mechanic.

This game is a UPick. When you /in for this game, you must PM ReaperCharlie and danakillsu two color choices (ranked first and second) from the following:
Red (Scum A)
Yellow (Scum B)
Orange (SK)
Green (Town)
Violet (Town)
Indigo (Town)
Blue (Town)

Of course, we do not guarantee that everyone gets even their second choice, but almost everyone probably will get one of their two choices. The town colors are all the same faction and do not necessarily know the members of their same corps. There is at least one member of each of the six factions listed besides Orange that has no abilities on its own. That is all we are revealing about the setup at this time.

No. I've been very technical with my terms but if it stops it I'll make it clear as day:

My target on NP was immediately bounced back with a no-result. Which, in my field, could me a few things. The hider part pretty much has to be true.

And, when combined with hiding behind Vi (A truly silly claim from scum that ALMOST got him lynched) it sure makes me think town.

@Spy/Andy Coalition-
-With Spy/Andy/Kdub all claiming similarly, I doubt this is a scum gambit, and am inclined to trust that group as prob-town.
-I'd like confirmation that my understanding of what's been claimed so far is correct along with the implications of those claims (listed above).
--To summarize though, ultimate conclusions are:
Xvart is scum
NPIAU is untargetable
--My additional thoughts/conclusions:
NPIAU is prob-scum
SF is prob-scum
KK was probably not investigated

Given Fate denied investigating KK twice to different people, but did not deny investigating SF; I'm betting that was a breadcrumb for her actual investigation target (also makes sense since she suspected SF but didn't suspect KK). Being a gunsmith instead of a cop also explains why she was willing to give up on the result (gun doesn't equal scum).

Personally, I still don't think NPIAU is scum.

Further, and this is FOR SURE (and should be apparent if any flip):

Andy is town.
Kdub is town.
I am town.

I think its safe to say, additionally, that Kdub / Andy / I have no direct contact with each other outside of the thread.
