As far as I care, Grey is town based on his predecessor, not to mention his Mongoose read, and his argument on Llamarble is growing on me. If Rena doesn't shoot Mafuyu though, Mafuyu should be today's lynch, unless something more damning comes along.

Unless someone claims RB/JK, we know A is out thanks to obvious, and C is right out thanks to Robocop (I suppose Robocop could by lying as scum to take out a townie, but this seems SO UNLIKELY). B is the other possibility (Naive Doctor). So we read his ISO, read who he voted for, not overly impressed. Frankly, think Mafuyu has been more useful, but then again, she walked into the entire JK/RB CF that sucks.

As I said, if night falls, and Llamarble doesn't get JKed/RBed or trackered, hell has frozen the fuck over, so he's utterly irrelevant as scum at this point in time, and is a lynch only to free up our RBs.

It's basically that you ISO at, well, now #25 posts, many of which are reasonably townish, but also short and speculative. The best you did was make an amazing case on Robocop with candles and cake and lots of shiny toys, and I really don't think that case is accurate. I dunno if scum would put that much work into their case (certainly they didn't put that much work into their night kills), but given the entire thing, I'm not willing to promote you into the category of 'prob-town.' This post knocks you down, unfortunately

For Exe, he's moved into my prob-town because of ISO #39-40 (Beefster), ISO #41-until TMH death (Focused on TMH), then #52-forward when he focused on Mongoose. That's a fucking lot of bussing, especially when the result is that you're sitting in a 13:2 game with half the people around you having cool superpowers. I mean seriously, a lot of bussing. Especially when it looked like the wheels might be falling off the obvscum Mongoose wagon. Check out #58 and #59 when he starts arguing against THB's "Mongoose is town folks" argument.

The only time he jumps off it is #67 when Scott claims "Day Poisoner" which (until mod clarification) was a scum-only role.

Rereading, I'm getting very used to town Ellibereth. Something is... off. He hit exactly one scum wagon, Beefster's, which was a friggin freight train, and managed to FOS and vote for like most of the people on my leaning town/nigh-confirmed town/MOD-CONFIRMED town list. He's hitting 'loose cannon' status even if he is town.

A good point brought up in the dead thread was how OP Day Vig/Assassin is. If the scum had two assassins, despite our excellent play we'd be staring down probably 4-5 players left right now. Similarly, day vigs tore a hole in their team, and if we coordinated it properly we probably could have had 4-5 pseudo lynches per day.

I suggest moving Day Vig/Assassin to one shot ability, simply to balance it out

Other than that, it's really hard to say. Town play (granted, from like 1/4th the player list, but still) was so top-notch excellent and scum play was so unbelievably weak that it's hard to quantify how much that changed this game. Beefster and TMH were lulzy in retrospect, and Mongoose... I still laugh about that one. Llamarble must have just had his hand permanently plastered to his face watching his team implode

Also I am confused as to why Llamarble wasn't lynched right after Grey's gambit.

The long and short? I wanted him alive, as far as I can tell Fate picked up on it, and THB was more willing to whine than complain.

The reason was I couldn't find the scumpartner. That made me suspect strongly (knowing 4 of the 5 scum) that it was someone who was inactive and/or replacing in. And I LOATH hunting down serial killers. It's always an exercise in "use night powers, roll dice, use night powers, roll dice."

Once Magua charged in I was like: this! This is the last member! Panda kinda janked my brilliant plan to lynch magua and vig Llamarble

lulz, I feel really sorry for you and Magua. In Magua's defense, he played well, but if he had put you as a neutral read, he MIGHT have come away with his skin. He was just screwed replacing into a spot that was scummy as hell.

Hey Grey what was the rational for Mafu town? (I know it's post game and she town but still O_O)

Exactly what I told her. She didn't read the least bit scum to me, and all of the scum tried to bus her in their off time. I would have been more surprised if she'd flipped scum than anyone besides maybe Fate, Exe, or LLD (or Robo, but I considered him mod-confirmed between the Day Poisoner bug and the CPR doctor counterclaim to Llamarble (which from a different player could have come from reading the role PMs, but from Robo only came from reading his own PMs, since he wasn't even reading the bloody thread).

I think this summarizes what the town pulled off.

Was it made easy due to what Parama said: the players who pulled scum were generally weaker (Llamarble and Magua (who was NOT original) both being exceptions) and the town had some real wrecking balls, but I think that it's so appropriate here. None of the scum deaths were due to cops, trackers, watchers (well, except watchers who were lying their ass off), or other information roles. Just scumhunting, and how.

I was surprised I didn't get protected when I died. I was pretty much mod-confirmed. Probably better for the game that I did die anyway.

I almost watchered you, then I used that exact logic as to why the scum wouldn't target you.

Once I realized that that wasn't what was happening, I figured the scum team was thinking very linearly. Which is why I used the 'townies never lie' gambit
