A new day dawned on the Island. The thrill of finding rescue had faded into nothing but hopelessness and despair, as the survivors began to figure out that those people on the boat were not being completely earnest in their intentions. And their paranoia had gotten to them.

The day before, Desmond had been wrongfully accused and strung up by his neck. Everyone was so angry at their mistakes and so ready to point the blame on someone else that they jumped on the first person who did something suspicious. Desmond didn't even have time to defend himself before the crowd descended upon him like flies to a feast.

Today, it became increasingly obvious to the survivors that their bad deed did not go unpunished. As they rushed to the beach, the morning sun shone down on the beach, a body laid face-down. The group rushed to flip it over as the body of

"But… I thought he left the Island, years ago…"

After the burial and funeral for Desmond and Michael… and yes, even Locke… the survivors retreat to their tents for the night, hoping to survive another night as they wait for rescue.

One, however, wouldn't be so fortunate.

A loud yell came out in the middle of the night. Everyone rushed to Faraday's tent to find him laying, bleeding out.

"Who did this?"

Faraday couldn't respond… he just pointed to a book by his side, then the last bit of life left his body. As the survivors thumbed through Faraday's book, all they found were complicated formulas and drawings and words nobody understood.

"The hell is this?"

"I don't know… but whatever it is, it's obvious someone didn't want us knowing whatever Faraday knew."

Frank screams as the helicopter begins losing steam a few hundred yards away from the landing zone on the island.

"Hang on, this landing could be pretty damn mes--"

Frank doesn't even get a chance to finish his sentence as the helicopter clips the top of the tree line and crashes in a smoldering, burning heap. Faranor and Frank are thrown from the wreckage near the other survivors.

"The… the helicopter… it's gone…"

"Frank, what the hell happ--"

But Frank can't hear them. As the survivors run to check on him, they notice a bullet wound through his skull.

Everyone stares at the wreckage. Faranor stands up and immediately runs towards dramonic.

"It was him! I fucking saw him! He shot Frank!"

Everyone turns and stares at dramonic, eyeing him.

"No guys! I swear to god, I saw him... Faranor was the only one in the helicopter with him! It had to be him!"

But his logical pleas are drowned out by the sound of an angry mob who just lost their only way off the island. The group swarms him and has him lynched up. He tries to bargain with them one last time before the rope tightens around his neck, but the SNAP of his bones breaking silences him. Everyone stands around in silence, until...

"Alright, boys. Let's do it."

Martin Keamy and his group of mercenaries whip out their assault rifles and just mow down everyone. They don't even have time to scream. Keamy laughs as he kicks one of the bodies to make sure they're dead. Suddenly, the walkie-talkie crackles to life.

"Guys... guys... come in..."

Jason was still on the Freighter. Martin Keamy laughs as he presses a button attached to his hip. In the distance, an explosion is heard. The Freighter that was once there, is now sunk.

This was insane to watch.
Town just fucking imploded. When the game started, I thought town had a real shot. Dram masonized Newman and called Faranor out N1, Primate investigated Newman and would thus be able to confirm dram & Newman as actual masons, mockingjaye jailkept scum both nights... then, I don't know, everyone just imploded.

HWO WAS THAT BALaNCED EXACLTY?

The game was balanced.

Town had a jailkeeper, a cop, a masonizer (who could also function as a cop if he hit a town PR), and a one-shot dayvig.
SK was bulletproof so he couldn't be killed by scum (since he was a function of the balance against scum more than balance against town).
Mafia basically had a roleblocker, and a bomb, but the bomb mechanic was entirely reliant upon AGar's choices, so it really wasn't that strong of a scumteam.

The worst case scenario would have been if cop was lynched D1, AGar brought three townies to the Freighter N1, SK gets daykilled D2, jailkeeper gets scumkilled N2, then the ship blows up D3. So even in WCS, this couldn't have ended before D3.
