I presented a perfectly reasonable reason in my previous post. And I wasn't saying: "HEY ANYONE WHO ISN'T ROCK IS SCUM" I was trying to get some information out on the table. Withholding this kind of information can only hinder the job of cops in this game.

When I posted 59 I thought that it may help mafia come up with a reasonable fakeclaim, but that does not really make sense since if the town have no flavor knowledge as the scum could claim anything and if scum don't need to claim day 1 they can clearly see that the person lynched + NK were rock genre and make up a claim from there. So how does this information help scum LLD?

Role meta from other games is really not bad, if someone claims vig are you going to say: "vig is normally a town role but NOT THIS GAME". I would love to hear what katsuki's response is to having a town read on fate after one post though, because that is interesting.

Don't like LLD's "slip", and then her pressing that katsuki is attacking her solely on meta (especially considering that fate is attacking katsuki solely on meta) when there actually is reason to attack that laaaaaame "slip". Universal Backups usually help aid against the swinginess of town PR being eliminated right at the start.

Selecting feels off for me. For example, in the game I played where my partner had this ability, he could even copy the "Innocent Child" role if he wanted to.
Copying the cop role would also be a nifty way of clearing yourself as scum.

The only factor here is that those are large theme games. I don't think the general principal of it changes though. Flexibility like this favors scum in my experience.
