On the whole, I'm getting town vibes from Zang, but I wouldn't say that his reaction to his wagon was a particularly great source of them. So, kinda.

We're on page 2, I'm not being passive, I'm poking and prodding to see where people show scumminess. I commented on the Nexus and Hoppster interaction as I think there is something of note, but I don't have a read on the relationship between them. My reads will solidify and I will take a stronger stance when I have one.

Apparently Surye was disappointed when I unvoted him, because he's really trying to earn it back here.

Yeah, I kind of ballsed it up quite a bit. When I posed the question, I was under the impression that Tar had jumped from a larger wagon to a smaller one, because I'd missed Hoppster's unvote.

I didn't actually notice that his numbers were slightly off, but since the point I was driving at was still wrong, it doesn't really matter anyway.

I hoped to gain an insight into how well he was following the game. I instead gained an insight into how well I was following the game, ie. not as well as I thought.

(I struggle to describe my gut and feel ridiculous doing so, but hopefully by using the movie scenario people will know what I'm talking about. >>)

What he describes seems remarkably familiar, since I've had the same feeling attempting to put into words exactly why "I'm not feeling this wagon yet" does not remotely represent a town thought process. Only I don't have any cool movie analogies.

But seriously. It is not something that a town player would say. Town players are not concerned with how their reads might change in the future. They're too busy trying to figure out their reads in the here and now to even think about what might happen in the future that could change their mind.

Add that to his terrible "MoI did something that looks suspicious if Zang flips scum, Vote: MoI" thing, and I just don't get why everyone else seems to be fine with letting him fly under the radar here.

Sorry, I just reread my last post and I realise that was not entirely clear.

For examples you would need to travel offsite to the UKFF and locate a few of the scum games there.

It would help your point tremendously if you would, say, tell us what the hell UKFF is. Maybe provide us with a link. Maybe point out which games you have played with Nexus as scum, and which games you have played with him as town. Maybe show us why his play here looks like his scum play and not his town play.

The more of that you do, the more likely you are to get anyone to pay attention to your Nexus case.

Town, on the whole, played pretty awfully here, and I totally include myself in that. Should not have claimed so quickly on D2, and I knew it. It's just so hard to resist the cheap thrill of lynching your guilty investigation instead of holding on for a greater reward. But next time I'm in that position, I'll remember this game.
