Yosarian2, how do you think and play when you were confirmed cult in the previous succession mafia? What was your thought process, how did you act, and what are you seeing in Kinetic and ABR play that reflects or doesn't reflect this.

I just have trouble believing that anyone would recruit Yosarian, the "most likely" recruit/arguably best player on a make or break night, instead of waiting until another night.

Because Yos would probably be able to talk his way out of any lynch today.

^^ That's no less information than when roles are assigned randomly. Even if you are 100% unwilling to try to outguess the recruiters, that only means you start with no informaiton. But then you have about 25 pages to consider. So it can't be worse than a non-cult game (except for the presumably small number of scum).

My opinion on Cobbler should be pretty evident, although I might be in the middle of changing that opinion once I get an opportunity to look back. I tend to agree with Yos2 about no harm in asking recruiters questions; nothing ventured nothing gained. I haven't seen anything inherently cult like in his behavior and anyone that is going out of his/her way to actively participate is more than likely not recruited D1. Spring who?

He basically spun lies. Honestly, I think that was the most fun I had in a mafia game in a long time when both of us were outted mob, even though I knew there was no chance I would win.

1) The way Kinetic has been defending her has made me look closer at her (though haven't gotten around to reading her ISOs yet)
2) The post where she says she has a plan if you let her live one night (normally I find that null, but not in a double cult game like this).
3) Her posts have seem spammish and her overall post count and presence seems overinflated because of it.

Is Cobbler lying about his role as town a more likely scenario than him being scum? I can definitely see newbie scum making a claim the way he did.

It was a totally different situation. I know that the WIFOM game is dangerous. I was trying to convince people I was part of the "smaller cult group" in order to get attention away from me and my cult recruiter, but some people saw through it and figured out what i was doing. I don't see what any of that has to directly do with this situation, though.

Are you trying the "get person X mislynched by calling back the emotions of a different game where they were scum" gambit? That's a pretty scummy tactic, if you are.

I can't think of any recent games where I was lynched on day 1, but I've either been mislynched or vigged as town in a hell of a lot of my recent games, and it's really getting frustrating.
