My strongest scum read is Icey by far, his actions throughout today have included obvious contradictions, changing of reads with minimal reasoning and insistence that Newman is scum when he was very quick to drop suspicion of Newman earlier in the day when the wagon seemed like it might die down.

Other scum reads I have include Midnight (Floating between weak scum and null), Mal (Floating between weak town, null and weak scum) and at the moment Pere actually (Bidding related reasons which I'll go into later).

-2 of those are votes for Mal, one on each new day.

- None of his other posts really explain his votes.

FYI, I won medium.

I brought up my feelings on the lack of an SK twice, because it was brought up twice. I feel that an SK is unlikely due to the setup. An SK has an adherent disadvantage from the get go. He can't die and win (as town/scum can). He has to kill EVERYONE else. To offset that disadvantage, he gets unlimited NK's. If he has to bid every day for a NK, then his chances of winning become almost none (IMO).

I'm happy with what Lady is bringing to the game, although I disagree on some points, but that's fine.

Also, just to clarify, I ask my questions during the Day, not the Night.

What parts/points do you disagree with and why? I'm always happy to have input on my reads from my other town reads. Discussion is the town's greatest weapon etc.

I think it should.
Yes the scum get 'input', but they get input on the lynching and we get to learn more info that way, while still having accountability.

Hell, we know I'm town, how about I direct the NK every night? How's that for a compromise? It forces our NK winners to do what I say or claim scum, and we know the scum aren't influencing the decision.

I see your points on Ghostlin, but I'm just not convinced. Yet anyway.

Obviously, I am in favor of vigs showing their true colors by choosing who they shoot on their own with no mafia influence.

HOWEVER, I would like to note that I do nut understand your scum read on Mal.

I would like you (and ChaosOmega) to answer my original question of "Why are you voting for Mal?" before this day is over.

This is something I considered. Kingmaker style.

If everyone agreed upon sending a transfer of funds to Seacore TODAY, so that they arrive for him TOMORROW, and he can purchase the NK himself, this would keep it out of the hands of scum.

And then you can discuss options. Discussing options is fine, so long as the choice is YOUR OWN and you can defend it once you pull the trigger.

It'd be a toss up.

Assuming that we lynch MS, then I'd want Newman killed at night.
However, I'm also thinking that we should NK our lurkers, since i think it's a bit convenient that they just pop in every couple of days despite this being a game where town is rewarded for speed.
In which case Chaos would totally be on that list.

So right now either Newman or Chaos, probably leaning more towards Chaos since I definitely don't have a town read on him.

I'm reading over the thread, and it's all just kind of going in one ear and out the other for me.

I get a very uneasy vibe off of HN. I'm not one to forgive and forget here. I feel like we could second guess his explanations all day, but at the end of the day we still have to look him in the eye and accept that he lied to us and claims to have deleted Mod PMs in an ongoing game. That doesn't sit right with me, and I think that's grounds for a lynch alone.

That said, Seacore is right to be anxious about MS. MS has a poor voting history, almost like he's waiting for something to happen before he makes a move. I don't like it. I don't like the things he says, the overbearing sense of confusion he has. He just doesn't read all that town to me right now.

I think Lady has done a good job opening up. I think Ethos is okay although he could've just been paying lip service to the idea that they were going back and forth on HN. I think any sane townie is unsure of HN's alignment but predisposed to distrusting anything he has to say at this point.

I'd be happy with a brisk lynch of MS at this point. I get the feeling that it's going to be MS who is lynched anyway, so lets get a wiggle on.

Anyway, I'm voting him because I think he's scum. I guess you want more than that, though. It's just a gut feeling I have. He was last to confirm, which is pretty much a null-tell, but scum have a reason to wait before confirming (talking about their plan for the upcoming day), while town don't. This is the only reason for my day 1 vote on him.

What makes this bit of information more interesting to me is that he confirmed an hour after WeyounsLastClone, who is now known to be mafia. Maybe it's a coincidence, or maybe they were talking together and confirmed afterward. Another thing is that on page 9, malpascp was questioning Newman on his NK bid, but didn't vote him until after Ethos brought up suspicion as well.

I'm fine with a Midnight's Sorrow lynch as well.

I also just found out extremely useful info for town and scum, by pm'ing the mod a question. Literally this could increase our money to spend by a lot, but I think it might be more beneficial to scum then town.

Yes I lied. I have come clean about everything. The "deleting of mod PMs" was a part of my lie. I was frustrated at the time, yadda yadda.

Like I said, you all can lynch me over it if you want. Frankly, if I were in your shoes, I probably would. All I can tell you is, I'm town. I got Oracle, and just got medium. Make what you will of that info.
