Don't they normally get to see what the task is before electing Project Manager on the TV Apprentice, so it can be someone whose skills are suited for the job?

I just don't want to be a part of a game where that is the modus operandi, especially when it is a game that should have nothing to do with any of it.

To help improve the competition as a whole as I have no ill will towards it as a whole and am looking forward to how it turns out, here are some changes you may want to make in future submissions to improve on readability and such (ignoring the turn/round ambiguity):

(also, you didn't post the awesome logo for Team Excel [of course, looking through the actual Apprentices in the past, wasn't Excel the team that got 4 firings in the same week?])

- Each player is a Warlock
, each starting
with 100 HP (Health Points). If you lose all your HP in the Battle, you will die and be unable to participate
in
the fight until a new round begins.
- There are six players on each team.

- There are Three Rounds,
where
in which
each player attempts to gain points for their Team by killing
members of
the opposing team. Each kill
from the team gives them
awards
1 point, and
whichever team gets the most points after three rounds
the team with the most points
wins
the game
.
It will be a 6 versus 6 battle, so players will be able to choose what team they wish to join.

- Every player starts with 200 Gold. Before
the start of
each round
starts
, players will be able to “purchase” items
&
and
spells
so they could use it for themselves
for their use. They have 24 hours to decide what to buy
as their own spells and equipments for battle
.
Every player is limited to only carrying
Each player can only carry
6 Items at
a
one
time. After each round
ends
, the players will earn 100 Gold to purchase items/Spells.
Each spells and c
C
ertain
spells and
items are upgradable, which can increase their effects.
- When a Round begins, players
will be able to
may
perform one of two actions:
Move: The player may move
to any adjacent square. They may do this twice each turn. <i think i understood that right, feel free to correct
up to two adjacent squares.

Cast: The player may cast any of the spells they’ve purchased. Each spell has its own “cooldown” rate, described in the spell list. After a spell is cast, it is unavailable for as many turns as its Cooldown.
On the Map, you will see
The squares on the map are either
Dark Grass
&
or
Blight.
Staying on
Dark Grass
carries no penalty, while being on Blight will deal 10 HP damage per turn.
is where battles are usually happen. However, you can still use your abilities on Blight, but for each turn you stay on the it, you will lose 10 HP until you leave the area. You will be able to walk 2 spaces per turn.

Also, 120 Gold for the Magic Refresher seems very steep compared to the cost of acquiring the spell in the first place.
Upgrading Fireball seems useless, as Lightning Bolt is the same spell but does more damage (Lv1 Lightning Bolt does the same as Lv3 Fireball)
Poison does 8/15/24 damage total every 2 turns, which is also worse than Lightning Bolt (28 damage max every 2 turns)
Thunder: Sends
a
Thunder down from the sky, dealing
all players (including allies) on a targeted area on the map by 15 HP, where everyone who is One square near the area will be damaged as well
15 damage to all players within one square of the targeted area
. Requires 3 turns to Recharge, Costs 50 Gold. (50 seems cheap, as if you use it first turn you'll be able to do 15 damage to three separate enemy units)
Freeze: Target an enemy player
who close to you by
within
1/2/3 square(s); they won’t be able to move for their next turn. Requires 2 turns to Recharge. Costs 35 Gold to Purchase/Upgrade.
Shield: Defend yourself from all spells that come
s in front of you only
from the front
, reducing damage
towards you
by 3/4/5 HP from each spell which hits you. Requires 2 turns to Recharge. Costs 30 Gold to Upgrade/Purchase.
Teleport: Teleport 2/3/4 spaces
to any squares
horizontally, diagonally or vertically! Requires 2 turns to Recharge, Costs 30 Gold to Upgrade/Purchase.
Heal: Heal yourself by 10/15/20 HP! Requires 2 turns to Recharge. Costs 35 Gold to Upgrade/Purchase. (Lv3 heal can almost perfectly heal the max damage done to you by two Lv3 Lightning Bolts; seems powerful if you want the rounds to proceed at a good pace)
Hook: Hook an enemy player
in front/back of you who is
up to
2/3/4 spaces away
from you
. They will end up
1 space in front/back of
either in front of or behind
you. Requires 3 turns to Recharge. Costs 40 Gold to Purchase/Upgrade.

Wouldn't it now be just a hole in the side of the building? Or do you in all your power have an on-call glass repair service up on the 102nd floor?

Oh, and for those not on Excel, here was the logo I was talking about:

Unless you want to be boring and go with one of the "powerful" words they use in the original Apprentice, like <Synergy>, <Excel> or <Protégé>

You do realize that both Papyrus and Baskerville are not universal fonts, correct? They're all very Windows-centric (they've migrated over to Mac, but good luck finding them on any open-source OS)

http://www.ampsoft.net/webdesign-l/WindowsMacFonts.html is a better subset, but still not universal.

Ad banner != standard banner.

And actually, 300x250 and 300x600 are standard ad sizes; the first if you scale it up 2x is almost exactly the banner they chose.

This reminds me of something from the original Apprentice...
From the real team Excel, ironically enough.
