Here's an idea:
Lock this thread and PM the people who are still /in here. Put them in as preins.

Make a new thread with the pre ins. say when the game will start (include timezone), how long the days will be, and stuff. Maybe a little introductory flavour.

Give the game at least two days to rerecruit before it starts.

Firstly,you're wrong-- if there is a set time when everypony knows when the games starts, they can plan around it or /in or /out. That's why they do it for normal games.

secondly, it doesn't mattrer, we need to start again; I have no idea who is /in and who is /out, or who has recieved their role, or what. We're at four pages and role PMs haven't even been sent out to every player yet.
