I have a PC unfortunately.
Ask JD. If JD doesn't work, ask google.
if google doesn't work, start praying to the deity of your choice cause
the fucking sky is about to start falling in
it's all quite simple, and the tutorials for setting it up are a dime a dozen
that being said i have all the resources handy and available and have walked most all of the current windows-based djs through setup, so yeah, just ask me

(it doesn't)
Well considering when I actually still had the URL for the show I checked it a couple of times and the lowest I saw was like 11. Most of the time we had at least 16/17 listeners.
11 =/= 15-25
the majority of the time you idled around 12, your maximum was 16
the most popular show was my weekly song contest show, which normally ran with an average of 12 as well but had a maximum of 20

PranaDevil wrote:I think the real problem is that if a game is in sign-ups for ages, people join the game purely to force the game out of sign-ups so the game they want to play can move into sign-ups. I'd say a limit of 3 weeks. If it reaches that point without filling, class it as abandoned. It's not making things into only letting elite mods run games, as I've only modded two games on here, one was a mini-theme and I easily filled that quickly. Only crap mods would have trouble, and games with themes no bugger wants to play. Forcing them out of the queues after a set time is only a good thing.

ScumTV sounds like an awesome idea...
video streaming is more hardware/bandwidth intensive than radio streaming (almost prohibitively slow unless you have both a good computer and a good connection; i stopped streaming stuff because i lack both right now) unless you want to have really, really shitty quality

from what i can tell, it is on your end
you disconnected from the mountpoint, either due to lag or whatever
you don't remember way back when i was first on the show with hito and i said i was considering doing something like that and then never said anything about it again in the ~6 months since
christ what is it with you and just walking over the projects i'm saying i'm going to do then never actually bother with until i have a reason to be offended about something that happened to it

banning swearing wouldn't work, it hasn't in the past and has just forced people into games where it isn't banned (people want what they want, and there will always be a mod willing to give it to them)

right, i was working on something for this wasn't i
ANYWAYS
still interested in doing a whose line-esque short-form improv comedy show
i'm thinking that we'd set a day and then record 3-4 shows worth of material during that time; if we can go for a half-hour show every week, we should be able to keep up a new show every week without interruption (and ensure that we can be flexible to get people on the show as well)
right now i'm trying to get a list of people who would be interested in either participating or in some other capacity (wouldn't mind grabbing someone else to anchor the show so that i can actively participate; not a need) so that we can get this project off the ground
i'm also trying to figure out when a good timeslot would be, so suggestions on that would be great as well; suggestions on format/what to include would also be great
