I could move in/out of the MC, yes. but that's a round where scum are free to use moves without a chance of being caught in the act.

Actually, the party room is really good for:
A. keeping masses of people further away from the tipping point and thus making potioning up less risky
B. It's a move NOBODY CAN MAKE FOR YOU, which could be extremely powerful for figuring out who didn't do what they were supposed to.
C. Not be in the way of traffic.
D. simply teleporting people is powerful. (possibly relevant for putting obvtownies who have PRs into the villa so they can claim to each other)
Whee minibrainstorm.

These are all good reasons to have a party going on at all times.

Llama- your plan does not work, because Maru is ALREADY headed to the door control this round. what we need to happen is to put in 3 ragers to the villa and start that party so maru can teleport there after opening doors.

Party room plan is looking solid, not finding any major flaws with it. Still leaning weak scum on Amrum but nowhere near the strength of the Baby Spice, Magua and Tcl scum-reads which should be where the lynch is today.

I never said I can read you well, I'm not terrible at it but I'm not great. In the games you linked in two of them you stated reads lists and in DEFCON you did strong mechanical analysis and planning and read me

but you did find a way to lynch Benmage after Benmage

It occurs to me that Maruchan may have spent his blue chit already on trying to open a door. He was moved out of Door Control, and if that move took effect before opening a door, it would have caused that action to fail. Now that he is being moved back he may spend a chit this round to open a door, since that will take effect after he has been moved to Door Control.

Some thoughts on what is going on...

I like the plans about using the Party Room, particularly the part about it being used to confirm that players have chits, since they can only be used by players on themselves to move into the party. That will probably be useful at a later stage in the game. For now, I'm giving up on my idea of trying to figure out who messed with Maruchan. After seeing zoraster's reply, there just is not enough time to spend blue chits, and even if there was, organizing it all would be a nightmare. I'm sure it can be done, but it is a plan we might try again in mid-game, when there are less players, less moving pieces, and less ways the plan could fail.

I am still confused about the deadlines for using chits though. The rules say that blue chits can be used during the first three rounds of a day, not that they have to be used by round three. I did not reckon the pregame round would count as part of the day. Does this mean that on later days, blue chits can in fact be used only during rounds one and two?
