I have no idea. I could see it in a 4 man scum team and being a 1-shot ability to give scum a modified delayed kill.
OTOH it's a weird ability for town too but it's obvious scum shot feysal/klazam. I dunno. I guess it's possible it's pro town.

I guess this assumes Fate isn't bs'ing, the description he gave seemed hella weird to me. Die of thirst? How does that fit with anything in Strategy Mafia?

I tracked Regfan.

I lean town on Fate, but it's not a strong read. Most of the reason is I don't see scum kidnapping themselves, but that role interaction is not set in stone. In order to further my read on him, I would like him un-kidnapped and am willing to help in that regard. My only real concern with Fate is that he is not scumhunting ... AT ALL. But that's not typical of his town OR scum games.

You should read Resurgence Mafia -- Fate (as mafia) had the mafia publicly roleblock him D1 for exactly this sort of reaction.
