Major FOS: Lowell, Minor FOS: Twito

Saying that MasterChief is scum without him even posting is ridiculous. Yes, he may be an idiot, but we have yet to determine if he is the town idiot or the mafia idiot.

In fact, I'll go ahead and

FOS: Battle Mage
That's not a safe assumption either - Lowell might not be scum, or could be covering for a scum partner.

Oh, come now, he had one vote due to a vendetta, another due to someone following that logic, and a third due to someone using even worse logic. It would be scummier of me to

Gah, sorry, for some reason, I was thinking that Battle Mage was voting for MasterChief. Still, it's a bad vote and FOS worthy.

Twito,
Your willingness to lynch someone merely based on a vendetta against that person is annoying. Please stop it. Yes, he is a real idiot - we just lynched in in Space Monkey mafia because he claimed mafia. And wasn't. But still, we've got to be smart about this game - we've already lost our doctor, we're looking at pretty bad odds here.

After rereading, I really can't see BattleMage as scum. He's far too scummy to be scum. Stupid town, yes. Townie who needs to play in a newbie game first, yes. Internet user who needs better grammar, yes. Scum? No. However, I am looking at SpectrumVoid. His only posts have been attacking Battle Mage, who I think is a relatively low target. He wants to lynch now, and quite frankly, I'm strongly getting scum vibes from him. My suspicion is that his strategy is to push for BMs lynch early on so that we start day 2 two townies down and with little new information. Therefore, I'm going to

Ok, sorry...I guess I must have missed that in my reread. Admittedly, though, without seeing that post, that is how it would have appeared to be. I still think she's rather scummy, but it's more a vibe than anything. I'll do a more thorough reread tonight and get back on here...

Alright...Having reread(and catching the post where SV unvoted), here are my thoughts....

Nobody seems to be exceptionally scummy. That being said, we also haven't seen a great deal out of several players. Part of the problem is that I don't know most of the players in the game now, and I'm finding it hard to distinguish between standard playing eccentric-ness and scummy behavior. Therefore, I'm going to go ahead and

And wait for one of two things to happen: Either MC posts or his replacement posts.

Well, let me throw out my defense, since I'm 2 from lynch and recent history has shown me that hammers can seem to be unpredictable.

1) In response to the vote on me from Battle Mage, my vote is well founded because...
2) Akbar voted for me for no reason at all, placing me at lynch -3
3) This whole bandwagon started because I suggested SV as scum because I missed one post from her. Mafia would not, however, tend to speak up so quickly.
4) As much good as it will do me, I'm claiming vanilla townie. Take it for what you think its worth.

Well, quite frankly, I think that this whole bandwagon is rather silly, having been started over single missed post. Of the votes that are on me: 2 are due to the missed post, one is due to me being found "skulking in the shadows"(and if he's trying to claim cop without having a cop, we've not had night yet), and finally we've got Battle Mage accusing me of bad logic for voting for Akbar due to his bad logic. Lynch me if you want, but I'm town.

Sorry, sorry, you're right..There has been a night. Since I didn't have a night choice and the last few days have been incredibly stressful for me, I've been getting rather flustered of late. I know this doesn't look that good, and I apologize, but I really have nothing else that I can say on the matter.

I agree that it doesn't do a whole lot to deter - but, having seen several games hammered seemingly randomly within a few hours, I decided that a claim sooner rather than after the lynch would be appropriate.

Alright, I've reread my posts several times. I cannot identify this tell. If it was something that was easily identifiable, every mafia would use it and it would no longer be a town tell. I appreciate your vote of confidence...But I can't identify what this tell is.

Ripley, I agree that a lynch would be fast by no definition of the word. However, in response to your arguments posted above, we've already discussed them, and came to the conclusion that BM is probably too stupid to be mafia. If he were mafia, he'd probably be playing a great deal more carefullly. I do have to agree with one thing: We do have to end this day. As for who the lynch should be, I don't know. IH is really looking scummy to me, but IH always looks scummy to me. Twito...Hmm...I think that his play is just characteristic Twito.

After thinking about it, I really feel that our best bet is IH. He is jumping opportunistically on a very small scum-tell and his actions previously have been rather scummy anyway. I sense that his vote on Ripley is an attempt to deflect attention away from his wagon. Therefore:
Unvote, Vote: IH
