Z'O.K., I took a look at Primate. At first, the was agreeing that CC was a more experienced player, which turned out to be the case. But then he was particularly rabid against both Zindie and CC. Especially since Primate reckoned that his own role was nearly identical to Zindie/CC. But Primate's role should be rather provable. It think it's too risky a claim for scum to make. Is there much incentive to test his role? It seems like a rather Townie power. If we confirm him, he might be nightkilled anyway. But then it's strange that he wasn't nightkilled already - maybe the scum was slacking, I dunno. I don't think Primate is scum. His being scum would be a long shot.

If a scum in Primate's shoes knew that his alignment wouldn't be revealed on his first lynching, AND had nothing to worry about because he knew the Mafia wouldn't kill him overnight, would you think that would make him more or less reckless with his "counterclaim"?

Scum have no reason to waste shots on primate, when he can be endgamed or something. :P Besides, why would they be plugging away at people that would take two nights to knock off?

I'm not happy with the whole, get rid of a vote vs get rid of one life of a two-vote person, but, that's what happened. I need to lick myself in private, and try to sink down into the mod's level of depravity so I can understand what is the most likely to have happened.

Theo, you got a sweet pussy treat, is that the double vote?

Zoinks! The twists of logic give me a headache. Is the correct answer MORE reckless?

Saying "let's mass claim" makes me very suspicious of theopor.

Well, I don't know.
I don't find anyone suspect in a game of bastard mod. THere have to be two and possibly as many as four inventors in the game, which leads me to think that one of them, at least, is maybe scum. someone handing out double votes is great, and probably pro-town, unless the person they target is scum, in which case, maybe they are helping a buddy?

I'm thinking Phoebus was maybe a redirecter, still.

Even though it's already been suggested elsewhere? To be honest I have no idea of how best to approach this game as it seems only 50% of the players are playing.

Well, massclaiming will likely not help us at all while helping the scums out a bunch. Considering this is allegedly a 'Bastard Mod' game, I would expect that players, regardless of alignment, will have some ability-oddities. It wouldn't surprise me at all if every claimed ability/action ends up being true; but that would only mean that scums will have abilities. This means that while we
don't
know any alignment/abilitypairings, the scums
will
know, and that can only hurt us.

I'm going to go ahead and assume that Pooky is saying that my suggestion is incredibly scummy.

Nevertheless, given that we know there are already several abilities out there (and that many of those abilities have been associated with a specific player), I feel it is reasonable to conclude that the scums have abilities. In Vegas Showgirls Mafia, the mafia had a Tracker, a Governor, and a Roleblocker. I don't see why Pooky is finiding it scummy to posit that the scums may have abilities. Mind elaborating, Pooksies?

If we're speculating about the Mafia having provable abilities, we should run up the known liar -- Primate.

and also, we've already pretty much established where the mafia will hit, partial information reveal and total information reveal are not very different in that if the mafia know who's what, they also know who's NOT what.

But Pooky, if the mafia doesn't have abilities, then I can't be mafia because it's been confirmed by DP/Skruffs that I gave them something.
