Getting no votes during D1, especially during the random voting stage, means absolutely nothing. Of course, voting for somebody with no votes during the random voting stage also means absolutely nothing.

I don't particularly like 007flash putting Luna at -3 without Luna being here to react to the votes that were already on her, but as stated before, everyone draws the pressure/suspicious line in a different place.

True, I haven't been here for the last few days. However, there's it's not necessarily about volume of posts. I value content and intent. My posts so far have all been very deliberate; my playstyle has always been to poke and prod to get reactions from people. So far, I've been getting reactions that I think are useful.

Scum don't announce that they're scum; that info needs to be goaded out of them. Particularly at this stage of the game, D1, a vote is not an intention to lynch.

Anyhoo, Samruc has posted, but there's not much content (last post notwithstanding, of course). At the same time, I don't see the intent in most of them. Therefore, I prod, and I get an answer, along with a bonus reaction from another player.

I will leave my vote where it is for now.

When I read the claim, I knew I was a mason, so I knew that his claim was false. Yet, as I read, I realized that I was flash, and therefore, I was the mason that he claimed.

A quick question: did the mod not tell you who you were replacing, or did you intentionally not check before analyzing the game? If it's the latter, then that's an interesting tactic.

As for Flash's mason claim: I'm willing to believe it for now, since it's day one and we can afford to look elsewhere. Mason is an odd role to claim for scum, though, as it would eventually force you to link yourself to another scum player, making it dangerous for either party to die. Regardless of how Flash looked, Simeon is not the play for today.

I think he's saying that the mason should always claim a partner, and the town should never bring attention to something that may or may not be a partnerclaim.

Okay, so far both replacements have caused me to raise an eyebrow. IH needs to explain why he FoSed a claimed mason. FLoC seems to be trying very hard to distance himself from hand banana, which is understandable, but in my experience, it is better for a replacement to do their own analysis instead of apologizing for the actions of a person they had no control over.

I'm confident that Adam and Samruc are indeed who they say they are, so I'm wary of people casting doubt on thier claims. If they're alive in a few days, I will reevaluate this stance.

I'm not on the Faeren/banana wagon for two reasons: I really don't like what little play luna has given us, and I'm not going to run up a replacement for the shady actions of a predecessor, particularly not when the wagon has grown large at a fairly significant speed. Don't get me wrong, I'm going to be watching Faeren closely, but I'm also wary of luna and IH, so I'm not comfortable with voting for Faeren yet.

Right. I tend to follow the doctrine that the third person on a bandwagon might be scum and the fourth person on a bandwagon probably is scum. Unfortunately, our third Daxam vote was FLoC, who is our claimed doctor, and the fourth vote was Adam, our confirmed mason. Now, I'm surprised that FLoC is still alive, since usually doc's can't self-protect, so

Now, within the timespan of 40 minutes, Daxam went from having three votes to having six votes. That's ridiculously fast.

K I've read. I put daxam up there because we were nearing a deadline. I was very sure about FLOC right up until he claimed. I went for the next person in my scum list. I felt daxam was scummy because every arguement against them was simply met with a rollover and take it defense.

So it was a vote to beat the deadline. I don't know; it appeared to me that at the rate things were going Daxam would have been lynched at deadline anyways.

As of right now, I don't see anyone else who sticks out as scummy to me. My hunches as to who is scum didn't work out very well D1, so I'm holding off on the fingerpointing right now.

Half the town had bad hunches as to who was scum, but they're chiming in. There's no reason for you not to.

Right. Part of the reason I voted for FL in the first place is that Nano had just claimed cop and we had an imminent deadline. I've played in games before where powerroles have claimed and then gotten lynched at deadline because people hadn't checked the thread to unvote. Those were the "deadline shenanigans" I referred to. Once the deadline was extended, it was no longer necessary to keep a vote on FL.

After the reread of FL's posts, he does appear to be the best lynch for today, especially since heather is getting replaced.

As for you, you've been making empty accusations all game. You've said several times that you wanted a lynch on either myself or on Setael, but not once have you outlined a case for either.

Earlier you said that you would have "love[d] to wagon [me] right now." Why didn't you do it? Because you had nothing? Or because the town was moving in a different direction and you just wanted a lynch? Or both?

I'm sorry, team. This was my first time playing online as Mafia, and I did a craptacular job of it. I couldn't think of any arguments against other players that made sense, and when Setael announced intent to vig me, I knew I was done for.
