So, does anyone have any theory on how the items work, or is it posted somewhere and I'm just being lazy? I mean, I know that you can pick up, drop, or keep items, and then you can use them, but is there anything else?

Apparantly, you don't consider the Ibby-association not scummy, while alot of players do fly under the radar because of that. I'm sorry to say, but you train of thought should make you suspicious of half the people in the game.

I think we should claim what items we have. I don't know what being a mayor does, but I don't think that the sucm should become mayors. Yea, I know that there are plenty of arguments to be made for not claiming our items, so go ahead and make them. Just don't expect me to respond or argue against them, because I've thought of them already. I just think that things would become a lot more fun and interesting if we claimed our items, and I'm sure something could would come out of it.

It does make sense to claim because town cannot pass items to each other. If we claim then we essentially force scum to not pass items to each other without risking that they give away their alignment. Of course scum could lie about what items they have but given that we know what stores there are we could probably figure it out. Does this make sense or am I misinterpreting the game rules?

I'm not sure about this. Alot of the items we could have are obvious, as they might have appeared on the ground at the start of the day. It doesnt really prove anything, but it allows scum to possibly eliminate those with more items first, in an attempt to pick up the dropped items next day.

I know that the previous Freaktowns have been chock full of post-restrictions, and I'm wondering if this game is the same. If Mari does have one, then I think I have a pretty good idea who she is, and I just couldn't stand for her to be lynched.
