I think this could be settled raj if you tell us if
A) They picked up their prods or not, or
B) if you're actively looking for their replacement or not.

If A is yes, and they're still not posting, well then this lynch target makes sense since, like MOS said, they are lurking as a strategy, which is anti-town play at its finest.
If A is no, and B is yes, then we'll back off until you find a replacement.

If you cannot answer either of these though, the town will have no choice but to believe you cannot tell us because as a mod you think that will give away their alignment.

I think the consensus is no one wants to lynch these people for what they've done, but for what they are not doing.

After reviewing the thread:

If roland and xyzzy don't show up in the thread and aren't replaced, then the most likely explanations are 1) roland and xyzzy are actively lurking or 2) we're dealing with mod interference for the sake of game balance. Either of these strongly implies that the offending players are scum.

As such, if xyzzy and roland don't show up and aren't replaced, we lynch them. Period.

No, you didn't show that he isn't scum. You gave a case for your opinion that he may not be scum. I disagree with your opinion and believe him to be a lying scumbag. Kilroy is also a complete asshole in some games, but he hasn't been in this one. That shows that his behavior isn't consistent across the board in all games. Also, just because someone acts like a fucktard as pro-town in one game, that doesn't mean they aren't actually a lying scumbag in another. And why am I having to explain this to you, MoS?
