Well the thing is that, if you can recruit, so could Kuroi, and that's kinda of amazing to be honest. It would seem overpowered to me. But maybe recruiting is super hard. I dunno.

I will talk to frozen, this game has like made me go crazy mad.

LIke, I have played in a game where the mod didn't inform anyone on their win cons except scum. Everyone played the game as a survivor and it was a horrible experience.

"Individual" implies no PT. Presumably, the Individual Vampire Faction's only factional PT is the recruit. How does that work; every vampire gets to recruit?

What are the chances of Nation/Location being the same on the target we got redirected to?
The chances are... pretty low.

I am given a PT with my partner yes.
Also my win con doesn't require me to be alive so me and Kuroi are potentially the only vampires.
