ACC is a roleblocker, I can see a lot of reasons for scum to take an RB that also prevents nukes.

you have to at least recognize that 3 things are true:

1) i put ACC highest or tied for highest out of the entire game
2) unless someone wants to claim they put ACC #1 (and be a liar, which is fine by me), then I am being truthful when I say I put ACC #2
3) there are at least 3

objectively[/b] better options for the SK to go for before ACC, possibly even 5-6 better options (subjectively, maybe)

therefore...

either i'm serial killer who knowingly played suboptimally by putting Aircraft Carrier that high on my draft list, and you have to say that straight-faced knowing ive been playing mafia for a fucking decade

covert ops thing
air base
fallout shelter
missle interceptor
fuck even failsafe because going out in a blaze of glory as SK is amazing

Sub is proven for the SK to have, given the 2 subs.
Actual Nuke feels weak if you already have a sub.
Covert ops is provably worse than a ACC because ACC prevents nukes too.
Air Base could be a reasonable choice, but someone could have taken it from you.
Ditto with Fallout Shelter
Missle Interceptor is strong but probably not as good of a back up as ACC
Fail Safe on SK is literally terrible shut up
