I don't think all 13 dwarves will be townies, masons are well possible, and there are several dwarves (like Thorin) that can easily be a cop or doc.

No, FD, I was one of the dwarf people who started with Bilbo. This is The Hobbit Mafia, not Lord of the Rings.

This is The Hobbit Mafia, not anything else. There were 15 guys who have travelled together: 13 dwarves, Bilbo, and Gandalf. Thorin was the leader of the dwarves, and all other 12 had names too.
