In honor of it having been nearly 5 years since my reply in this thread I thought I would give a better answer to this question.

How stressful the game is to you really depends on if you are more into the journey or the destination/outcome. It can be really easy to get too invested in results and that part can be really stressful. (I'm not trying to say the results don't matter but they also aren't everything. You don't even always have direct control over the outcome.) If you can reflect back on how fun the journey was, you can take away a lot of positive even from a loss. I still go back and read some of my losses because I can just remember the thoughts and feelings I had in those games fondly.
