The city of New York has a problem. A mafia syndicate has been running a lot of the town behind the scenes for years. A reporter for the local paper first published a story on the corruption about six months back. The corruption went all the way to the to city hall, and infected the police department as well. The corruption was so widespread that the town ran the mayor out, and elected a new mayor in a secret ballot. Nobody knows exactly who the new mayor is, but news reports have been detailing some of the changes that have happened since they took office. About half of the old police force has been fired, and an undercover unit has been created. While the normal officers write tickets etc. during the day, these officers are charged with eliminating the corruption. Knowing that he/she has a target on his/her head, the new mayor is thought to have one or more bodyguards for protection. The new mayor was starting to turn the town around when the city caught the interest of a rival Mafia syndicate. Since then, nightly murders have occurred, and the occasional shootout has even happened during the day. It is thought that the two rival mafia groups have thinned their numbers, but nobody knows by how much. The populace is scarred, but has had enough. They are determined to weed the town of the mafiate groups in their midst no matter what the cost.

Rules On what is Allowable:
[01] This is only a game, and I expect everyone to remain somewhat civil (although I understand you are essentially a crazy, lynching mob). I will not accept excessive abuse upon freedom of speech: obscenity, profanity, libel, and fighting words will not be tolerated, and if you push it, I reserve the right to have you replaced. In other words, be respectful to all players, as well as the mods.
[02] Do not talk outside of this thread, unless your role PM explicitly says you may do so, and even then, you are restricted to night-time for all out-of-thread conversation.
[03] Do not edit or delete your posts in any way, shape, or form. Once you have posted something, it is there for good, unless I find reason to alter or delete your post myself.
[04] Do not quote your role PMs in any way, shape, or form. This also applies to night conversations. You may, however, paraphrase your PM at any time, but if you go too far, I reserve the right to either replace you or to modkill you should the situation warrant.
[05] Do not post in invisible text, excessively small text, or use [ color = black ] tags.
[06] You may request mod-prods, replacements, clarifications, and votecounts from me directly in the thread, but please precede such with a bolded Mod: So-and-so so that I will be able to answer you as promptly as possible.
[07] Once I have officially posted that you are dead, then you are dead. Do not post any relevant information to the game whatsoever. You are, however, allowed a typical “Bah!” post of some sort.

Technical Rules
[01] Each day the town must decide on a lynch. Once a majority has been reached on a player, that player will be considered lynched, regardless of any subsequent unvoting.
[02] To vote for somebody, please use bold tags. For example,

[05] If two or more players are tied for the most votes when a deadline hits, and they have garnered the required amount of votes to be lynched under a deadline, the player who reached that number of votes first shall be lynched.
[06] You may vote no lynch if you wish. A majority voting for no lynch will end the day, and the game will progress directly into night. To do this, simply Vote: No Lynch. .
[07] If you feel that you may not be able to post in-thread for a period of 72 hours or longer, please say so in-thread and send me a PM as warning. If I find it necessary, I will have you replaced, but I would much rather keep all players who sign up for any of my games.
[08] Any and all of these rules are subject to change at my discretion.

[01] Each day has an unlimited amount of lynches. As for that, each Day will last 3 weeks, with the time deadline set on when day started.
[02] Each player will have a "??????" action. This means you have the freedom to do whatever you want, but I'd like to remind you that some actions don't go unnoticed, or end up with death.
[03] During the Night, I expect from everyone a nightaction. At the end of the Night, every player receives a private message of what happened to him/her or what he/she saw happening. Note: Not every action may live up to your desires/expectations.

Rumours are confirmed.

The existence of the Corsican and Sicilian mafia have been confirmed by the police department. They warn every single family in the town to watch out for these italian strangers, as their rivalry goes together with ruthless killing of innocent people. It is recommended to stay inside of your homes late at night, when the activities of the illegal gangsters will get tracked by the police department.

Early this morning the corpse of Sarcastro was found on the streets by Kelly Chen, who was at that point walking with the dog. "It was horrible" stated Kelly Chen. Detectives and Forensics stated he was murdered during the night. He had several flesh wounds caused by a knife. The police department is requesting the town that if there were any witnesses, they should notify this at the police department. The funeral of Sarcastro will be held tomorrow.

Butcher FlameAxe has been found dead in his appartment this morning. Spectrumvoid arrived at FlameAxe's house to pick him up for work, when he noticed the door of his house stood open. When he found him, he was lying in a well of blood. Emotional, spectrumvoid called the police. "I was expecting it to be an ordinary day, but that went a little different then expected. I've seen a lot of blood in my life as a butcher, but this was truelly disgusting. The carpet was filled with endless amounts of blood!". The police department has noted us the decreasement of member recruitments of the Sicilian mafia. Gaps of information in the police department!

Corrupted cops at work?

During the last couple of days, there seems to be some information missing concerning investigations regarding criminal activities. When we ask the chief for eleboration, he claims there isn't something wrong with it. However, there seems to be reason to believe there are important classified documents strangely dissappeared or even adjusted by some corrupt cops. Even though the police department denies this, we should all be wary.

Last night, our dear Ex-Mayor Surye was shot through the head. Yesterday, Surye was removed from his function after mercilessly shooting an innocent citizen. The whole night, Crub sang the song "Singing in the rain", to the annoyance of some of the citizens of the town. Some people are afraid he might have finally drove nuts, but only test will reveal. Quagmire: I've heard rumours that the Corsicans and Sicilians settled this night and are now bonding to destroy the rest of the town. This explains the silence in bodycount last night.

They were rivals for a long time, but it seems everything can be forgiven and forgotten. If this means the terrorization of the town is over is unknown, but it does mean even the greatest enemy's can become friends over time.

Primate
When you finished preparing your house for the night, you went to bed. Suddenly, you woke up when you heard one of your traps deploy. You got out of bed and listened at the door. You heard some voices downstairs, who talked for a while, when suddenly a door was brutely opened and someone started to scream. Then, another silence... after waiting again, you checked downstairs and found the corpse of Sarcastro, with Panzerjager kneeling next to him, who apparantly fell in one of your traps. Panzerjager explained to you he came here with good intentions and showed you his town I.D. . Together with Panzerjager, you put the corpse of Sarcastro outside.
You are now in a masonic friendship with Panzerjager. You can talk to him at anytime outside the thread now.

DrippingGoofball
When you gathered all your equipment, you went towards FlameAxe's house just to notice people were inside of there. You sneak towards the window and listen what is going on. In the darkness you can see that someone is standing in front of his house, while one sneaks in the house of FlameAxe. After a short struggle inside, the figure walks outside again and the two walk away together. When they were gone, you entered the house of FlameAxe just to find out he is dead. Turning out his wallets reveals he has a town I.D. With these results, you go back home and report your findings to the mayor.

Albert B. Rampage
You prepared yourself and went towards dahill1's house. When you arrive at his house, you notice he is not home. After waiting for a short period of time, you go back home, a bit dissappointed.

Sarcastro
You arrive at Primate's home and knock on the door, just to find out it's already open. You enter the house and find out Panzerjager is in the house, who apparantly received an iron in his face. When you ask him what happened, he mutters something which you couldn't understand. Suddenly, the door behind you gets blown open and two figures walk in and stab you with a knife. A bit suprised, you fell on the ground, dead.

FlameAxe
You gathered some flowers to strike up a friendship with Albert B. Rampage. When you were fully prepared to go to his house, your keyhole suddenly starts to make noise. Frightened, you run towards the kitchen, but before you arrived there, someone stabbed a knife into your back. During the next couple of minutes, you fell that life was slowly falling away from you. You realised you wouldn't be making the next morning.

Battle Mage
You prepared yourself to visit Khelvaster, but before you were totally prepared, the doorbell rang. You went to the door, but no one was there. Confused, you walk back in, grab your bag of cookies for Khelvaster, and leave the house. When you arrive at Khelvaster's house, you notice there isn't anyone home. After ringing and waiting for several minutes, you head back home, a bit dissappointed. When you arrive home, you figure out quite quickly someone was in your house.

Surye
With all the paperwork you needed to do, you were tired before you began. After working for several hours, you checked your e-mail and checked the reports of the police officers. Officer DrippingGoofball found out FlameAxe was a townie, but dead as well. Officer Awesome Pants found out that Cyberbob's house was filled with stuff that could indicate an aggresive nature. Officer dahill1 turned Battle Mage's house upside down, and found out he has an impressive gun collection that could indicate alternative connections. Natirasha send a report that NabakovNabakov was at home, and that Ghostwriter was with him. They were watching illegal websites on the internet. Officer Sensfan and Officer Khelvaster did not turn in reports.

Skitzer
You went to bed early and slept comfortable.

Celebloki
You covered the streets while Dasquian sneaked in the house. You checked out the street, but it was silent aside of the wind passing the trees and bushes. When Dasquian walked out of the house and turned his thumbs up, you went home.

SensFan
You were planning to go to bed early, when someone rang the doorbell. You opened the door, and looked in the face of Khelvaster. You recognized him immediatly, and you showed him your Police Badge, while he showed you his. You chatted for a short while, then you went to bed.

Awesome Pants
You went towards Cyberbob´s home and found out he was not home. You silently went into his house and checked out his rooms. His house gave you the indication he has an agressive nature. You quickly went home and report this information to the mayor.

Superfly
You and Cyberbob gathered and went towards Sarcastro´s house. When you arrived, you saw he went towards something. You followed him, and you saw him entering Primate´s house. You and Cyberbob went towards the door and opened it. You saw Sarcastro in the living room. Before he could turn around Cyberbob grabbed his knife and stabbed him. After you were done, you quickly headed back home.

Panzerjager
You went towards Primate´s house and rang the doorbell. The doorbell electrocuted you, and the door opened. Angry as you were, you ran in the house into the living room, where an iron hit you in the face. You get up, turned around and see Sarcastro standing there. He asked you what happened, but you had to much pain to bring out a normal word. You went towards the kitchen to get some ice, when you suddenly hear the door slamming open, you hide behind a closet, when you hear Sarcastro scream. You stayed there quietly, and waited. After 5 minutes, you dare to check the living room again, and you find Sarcastro there, dead. Suddenly, Primate runs down the stairs, and you explain what happened. You show your town I.D. to him, while he shows you his. . Together with Primate, you put the corpse of Sarcastro outside.

You headed towards Battle Mage´s house, and you found out he is not home. You secretly entered his house, and turned his house upside down. You find an interesting gun collection which could indicate an alternative connection. With this, you went home and reported to the mayor.

You skim through the world wide web and find articles about the Corsican and Sicilian mafia in New York. This makes you angry. Suddenly, the doorbell rang and you open. It´s Ghostwriter with some flowers. You accept the flowers and you tell him about the mafia´s in New York. He seems quite interesting and after searching the web for several hours, he heads home.

You went towards NabakovNabakov´s house where you found out Ghostwriter was there. They were argueing about the presence of the Corsican and Sicilian mafia in New York. After listening for a while, you were convinced they were not one of those mafia members, and you headed home to report to the mayor, stating they were watching illegal websites.

Dasquian

With your mask on your head, you headed towards FlameAxe´s house. After spotting Celebloki, you went inside, broke open the door and went inside. You saw FlameAxe. He ran towards the kitchen, but you followed him and stabbed him the back. After waiting there for several minutes, so you could make sure he was dead, you left the house. You gave a subtle sign to Celebloki that you finished the job, and went home.

Crub

You head towards Awesome Pants´ home, but when you arrive you figure out he´s not home. After waiting for a short while, you head home dissappointed.


Khelvaster

You headed to Sensfan´s home, and rang the bell. He opened, and you immedaitly recognized him as a police officer. You both show your badges, and talk for a short while, before you headed home

You went to skitzer's home, just in time to see him leave his house. You follow him and see he tries to break into sideneys house. You wait there in the bushes and after a short while, he comes gives up and walks away. All in all, you don't believe breaking into people's homes is something a innocent townie could do. After that, you heard a shot on the street, and quickly headed home.


Albert B. Rampage

You were ready to go to bed when you heard someone downstairs. You scream downstairs and you hear Khelvaster. You went downstairs and opened the front door. He asks you for your citizen identification, and you reveal your well prepared fake identity. After a short chat, he leaves your home. You curiously look outside to see if Khelvaster found out something...


Surye

You were staying in your house, waiting for dahill1 to come to your house. After waiting for several hours, you gave up hope and went to bed. Before going to bed, you check your email and find out Hjallti send you a description on how to dodge his traps around his house. Natirasha also sent you an e-mail, stating armlx is probably a innocent citizen according to his home. Awesome Pants sent a report to you that Celebloki's house isn't showing any signs of hostility. The other cops didn't send a report.


skitzer

You went towards sideneys house and tried to get inside. After a short while of trying, you walk away dissappointed. Suddenly, a gunshot kills the silence of the night. Your eyes start to turn back and after a while you notice a bullet entered your eye. Life slips away from you, and it didn't take long until you passed out forever.

Celebloki

After you hid your weaponry, you notice someone in front of your house. When the doorbell rings, you open the door and see Awesome Pants. He says he's here to eliminate hostile activities and wants to check out your house. You nod nervously, and show him around the house. To keep it realistic, you offer him a cup of coffee and after a short visit, he leaves. For your safety, you decided it might be best to stay in your house this night, and went to sleep.


Sensfan

You went towards NabakovNabakov's house to check out his alignment. When you broke open the door after seeing he's not home, you find a note saying that if he would die this night, he would be at Ghostwriters house. After a short visit in his house, you realise he probably isn't a threat to the town, you leave.


Awesome Pants

You went towards Celebloki's house and rang the doorbell. He opened the door, and you asked him if he could show you his house to ensure their are no criminal activities from Celebloki. After a short guide through the house, where you checked every room, you realise he is probably innocent, you head home to report after a short cup of coffee with Celebloki.


Hjallti

After you hid your guns, send the description towards Surye about the trap, you had a comfortable sleep.


Panzerjager

You went on the computer the internet to check Albert B. Rampage's background. It seems he had a not so special, fascinating life. You couldn't find any information regarding criminal activities on the internet though.


dahill1

You went towards Surye to grant him your protection. When you almost arrived at his home, you noticed a shady figure has been following you the whole time. You draw your gun and ask him to reveal himself. He then also pulls a gun and you start to shoot at each other. Both scared and thrilled, you tried to reach Surye's door for safety until a bullet entered your chest and you fell on the ground, dead.

You hid on your attic and tried to get some sleep, until you noticed someone snuck into your home. You opened the attic a little bit to see who was inside, and a short glimpse of his face revealed it was Natirasha, going through your personal stuff. After a short while, you heard him leave through the front door. Anxiously, you tried to get some sleep.


Ghostwriter

NabakovNabakov and you stayed into your home with guns, prepared to shoot anyone who enters. The whole night nothing happened though, so when morning almost set, NabakovNabakov went home.


NabakovNabakov

After you left your note and tape, you went towards Ghostwriter's house. After waiting there the whole night, nothing happened. So when morning almost set, you went home and noticed the piece of tape was broken this night. Who was inside your home this night?


Natirasha

After you hid your guns, you went towards armlx home. After you noticed he wasn't home, you broke yourself inside and checked his files. After a short while, you figured out he is probably innocent, and went home to report to the mayor.


Dasquian

After you hid most of your guns into your safe, you went onto the streets, masked. While trying to reach dahill1's house, you see skitzer walking by. You hide behind the bushes, and shot him when he came near. He never saw it coming, and he passed out. You then proceeded to hurry to dahill1's, just in time to see him leave. You follow him until you realise where he is going: Surye's house. dahill1 suddenly turned around and raised his gun, asking to identify yourself. You then drew your gun and started a shootout with dahill1. He tried to proceed towards Surye's door, but you shot him in his chest just in time. After the gunfight, you realise you got shot in your arm and are bleeding like a pig. Having the choice to keep the mask and live or hide the mask and die, you headed home, curing your wounds and trying to look as normal as possible before the town would suspect something tomorrow.

You went to bed early and slept comfortable.


Khelvaster

You went towards Albert B. Rampage's house and rang the doorbell. He screams "Who are you" and you gave you your name. He opened the door, and you asked him to reveal his citizen I.D., which he did. After a short chat, you leave his house, thinking he might be a threat to the town, though you are not sure.


Sykedoc

You prepared your trap and went to sleep. Suddenly you wake up, noticing your trap deployed. When you went down to check, you see sideney dead on your doorstep. Realising this might be your fault, you disposed the body on the streets after checking carefully no one was looking. After that, you took a Brandey and went to bed, tired.

You went towards Sykedoc's house and rang the doorbell. Because of that, you got electrocuted and got an epileptic attack, where you choked into your own tongue. ending up dead.

DrippingGoofBall

You went towards Natirasha's house only to sense you were being followed. Along the way, you see Natirasha walking outside. When you walk towards hime, you suddenly feel the presence behind you and in a quick shift, you turn around only to see Panzerjager with a butcherknife, attempting to kill you. Natirasha saw this happening and you both got your guns and riddled Panzerjager into pieces. Upon closer inspection, you realise Natirasha is a cop of the police department. Together, you walk away.

You are now in a masonic friendship with Natirasha. You can talk to him at anytime outside the thread now.


Surye

When you arrived home, you saw a message in your mailbox containing the following note: "Sorry I haven't been forwarding my results to you, I didn't realize you knew about all the Cops anyways, and Khelv and I didn't trust you. Anyways, N0 Khlev and I formed a masonry, N1 I checked Nabokov's house, he wasn't home, but he appears to be clean." - Sensfan. After that, you cautiously watched your back all night. During that night, you received the message that DrippingGoofBall and Natirasha realised they were both cops together, and spend some time together this night. Sensfan sent a report regarding criminal activities concerning Awesome Pants and Crub. Awesome Pants sent a note claiming Crub is innocent.


Celebloki

You locked yourself inside your home and went to sleep. During midnight, you wake up and realise someone broke into your home. Hjallti kicks open your door, only to realise you forgot to pack yourself some equipment to kill unwanted visitors.... After a few gunshots, you fell dead on the floor.

Sensfan

You went towards Awesome Pants home and while underway, you see Awesome Pants sneakily talking with Crub on the streets. You tried to listen to the conversation, but they talked really silent. Being uncertain on why people would talk sneaky during the night, you went to send your report noting this couldn't be right.


Awesome Pants

You went towards Crub house only to find out he's not home. When you turn around, he suddenly stands in front of you. Suprised yet prepared, you ask him for his citizen I.D., which he promptly gives. It seems valid, and after a short talk, you went home to report to the mayor.


Hjallti

You prepared yourself to kill Celebloki. You went towards his house only to find out he completly locked himself in. You shot the door to hell, and walked in. In his bedroom, you found him, unarmed. After a few shots, he bleeded to death, and you quickly headed home.


Panzerjager

You went outside to go to DrippingGoofBall's house. When you arrived, you noticed DrippingGoofBall went outside and you followed him. When he suddenly stopped, you saw your chance and ran towards him. He quickly turned around and jumped out of your way. You also see Natirasha is suddenly present. Both him and DrippingGoofBall raised their gun and totally shot you to hell.

You hid on the attic with your knife, and noticed no one was interested to break into your home this time.


GhostWriter

You went towards NabakovNabakov's house and stayed there the whole night. Nothing really happened that night when you waited to kill unwanted visitors, so you went home energetic.


NabakovNabakov

Ghostwriter and you stayed into your home with guns, prepared to shoot anyone who enters. The whole night nothing happened though, so when morning almost set, Ghostwriter went home.


Natirasha

You prepared to go to Panzerjagers house. When you went outside, you found both DrippingGoofBall and Panzerjager on the street. Panzerjager attempted to kill DrippingGoofBall with a knife, but DrippingGoofBall dodged in time. When arriving closely at the scene, both you and DrippingGoofBall raised your guns and shot Panzerjager to hell. The police department stands together. When realising you were both cops, you chatted for a while and went home.

Crub

You went towards Awesome Pants' house and followed him when he came out of his house. After a short trip, you realised he went towards your house. When he noticed you weren't home, he turned around and saw you. He requested your I.D., which you gave to him. After a short chat, he went home and you went as well.


Sykedoc

You prepared your trap, put the note in place and went to bed. When the cock croaked in the morning, you realised it was a silent night in your home.


Singing Librarian

You searched the internet for a long time for useful information. After a while, you read an article concerning corruption in the police department. Apparantly, it seemed not uncommon that the syndicate's infiltrated the police department and changed distrubtion of information. There will several people caught and killed for it, but it is unknown if there is still corruption in the police department.

You went to the police office to check for a gun just to see it is closed. You couldn't get in. You then went to the house of DrippingGoofBall and picked up a large shotgun there. After that, you went home. On the way home, you heard Crub singing on the streets. You both saw each other and waved at each other, and went you went to bed.

You watched from your upstairs window and saw Ghostwriter sitting behind the bushes. You watched him carefully, but he just sat there just before the sun rises.

You sat in front of Armlx's house all night, but nothing really happened. The only thing noticable that night was Crub singing out loud outside, making it to rain.

You slept comfortable in your bed.

You were awake whole night, but nothing happened.

Crub

You had a good night enjoying yourself with singing on the streets. You sang so loud, it automaticly began to rain. Singing in the rain was really comforting you now, and while you were singing, you saw Sensfan sneaking outside, holding something under his coat. Because of your singing, he saw you as well, but he waved and just returned to his home. After that, you took a nice warm shower, feeling utterly cleansed and you just continued to sing. It's serious bussiness people, we can expect rain tomorrow.

You went towards Crub's house after checking several times Natirasha wasn't following you. It didn't take you long to find Crub, as he was singing (read: screaming) on the streets. You went towards him and showed your police badge. He blinked, then looked very suprised when you shot him in his chest when standing very close to him. After that, you went home.

You were watching from the window, looking upon the streets. You heard Crub singing again, then a bulletnoise, then a silence. You looked very closely what was happening on the street, but you couldn't see anything. Suddenly, Natirasha turns kicks open the door behind you in the room, raising his gun. You attempted to knife him, but his bullet already entered your heart.

You went towards NabakovNabakov's home to notice the door is locked. Apparantly you weren't welcome this night, so you headed home. On your way back, you heard Crub singing. When he was in your sight, you noticed Sensfan went towards him, and they talked for a short while. Then, a shot end the conversation. Crub fell dead on the floor, and Sensfan ran away. After hiding for a short while, you went home as well.

You were busy writing your article when suddenly the doorbell rang. You were too busy, so after a few seconds you forgot someone rang the doorbell. At the end of the night, your article was complete. Then you went to bed for a little rest.


Natirasha

You went through the backdoor of armlx. You silently check all rooms to find him. Upstairs, you found him. He jumped towards you with a knife while you raised your gun. You were just a second quicker, and armlx bleeded to death, when you hasted yourself home.

Crub

You went onto the streets again, singing out loud. Your throat got soar after two nights in a row of singing, so it's doubtfull you will be able to speak tomorrow. Suddenly, Sensfan turns up on the streets. He walks towards you and shows you his police badge. You talked to him for a short while when you suddenly heart a gunshot. Sensfan smiled towards you in the darkness, when you noticed it was you who was bleeding. You fell on the floor, bleeding to death when Sensfan quickly ran away.
