who kills the other players. In the game in real life he kills the people by winking at them or something, but in this game it is done by something that is in his posts.-Among the whole group, there is one
Detective
(or cop or whatever). He is the only one who doesn't know who the SK is, and it's his goal to find out who that is. He cannot be killed by the SK. Everybody knows who the Detective is.-The rest of the group consists of
Townies
(or normal people or whatever) who get killed by the SK. They know who the SK is, and they have to prevent
that the detective finds out who that is. So basically they are on the SK's side, which I always found weird in this game but it is fun anyway. When the townies are killed, they have to post that they are dead in this thread (something like "oh no I'm dead" or whatever you wish, as long as it's clear you're dead), and they have to mention the page on which they died.Before one round starts, I will tell you who the Detective is publicly. You can volunteer to be one, or I will assign it to you randomly. Then I will pm the SK to tell him that he's the SK. He may then choose a way to killing people, and has to pm that information to me. An example: the SK kills you when the second letter of your username is in the second line of his post. Or: the SK kills the one who posted before him. There are some restrictions to killing methods, but I'll just tell the SK if his method is good or not, and please don't make it too hard for the detective.
When the SK told me his killing method, I will pm all townies with this information: the username of SK, and his killing method. If a killing method is defined in such a way that someone would get killed by something that is posted by a townie, townies are not allowed to post that, because townies cannot kill. And if more than 1 townie would die by the post of the SK, only the townie who is most on top of the player list (see below) will die. When all townies recieved their information, they may talk in the tread, and the SK too, and the killing starts.
Basically, the townies have to post some crap to confuse the detective, and they let the SK kill them. The detective can post in this thread too, but in general they just stay quiet and only read everything. But the killing method could also have something to do with him, you never know. The round ends when all townies are killed, or when the detective guessed who the SK is (either right or wrong). The detective may guess who the SK is
once per round
, and when he got it wrong he loses. He wins when he guesses right, and the townies and SK win when the detective loses. So, it's SK + town VS Detective

How the points work: when you win as a detective, the amount of points you get is the percentage of the townies that survived. When you win as SK or townie, the amount of points you get is 100/amount of players (detective not included). If you lose you don't get any points.
