things I'd like to have addressed before the execution, but I do want to continue on with discussion by both parties (and not just MMoD defending himself and Yosarian being accusatory, which, frankly, doesn't make him look very good).

We're in a situation where it's obveous that either me or MMOD is scum, and you think it makes me look bad that I'm accusing MMOD of being scum?

In fact, yes. At this point, I'm not nearly as interested in hearing from you the reasons why MMoD is scum as I am in the reasons why you aren't. I can get reasons why MMoD is scum from Thok and vikingfan (and myself), but no one can defend you better than you.

Not offhand, no. But I should say right now that I consider this a fun endgame- no copping out on claiming or depending on power roles- just plain logic and using one's head with a good group of players- the way Mafia was meant to be!

In the meantime, I need to go back and take a look at the vote counts eventually- see if that helps any...

I don't have anything more. I've mostly been interested in what MMoD and Yosarian have had to say without prompting, so trying to get them to say more is probably not worth the extra push at this point.

At this point, I'm still leaning toward killing MMOD, but that's only because I know I'm innocent- obviously, trying to execute me today is strategically the best play. But it's like Yosarian said- it looks like MMOD is our scum today, and I'm not inclined to risk it- as Fuldu says, he has an awful track record in these situations.

But if thok decides to go through with executing me (and thus commiting suicide), I would just say to fuldu to pick carefully. I'm not thrilled with the play to execute me, since I know I'm the Hero and thus likely throwing away today's lynch (from my point of view), but I understand it. I just don't like the thought of it coming down to a 50-50 guess tonight- too bad we forced fuldu into claiming...hmm...

Fuldu, yes, I see that- but obviously, the risk to me is nil since I'm the Hero- thok has already decided to try to execute me, so obviously, nothing would change. But I'm fine with executing me and leaving it up in the air for tomorrow.

We also clear Thok by killing you. It's not just to test your claim.

That's true, but I would expect thok to be nightkilled anyway- look at the scenarios we were considering earlier. In pretty much every single one, fuldu, mmod, and yosarian were the players left...

That's because all of those scenerios assume you and Thok were good guys, and assumed he would target you today, which would kill him and leave you 100% confirmed and probably lead to your night death.

If Thok were to kill someone else today, there would be more random factors involved.

One reason for Thok not to be nked is because he was king today.

Of course, that scenario assumes that thok does kill someone else (which he has said he's not planning to do). But if he kills either mmod or yosarian and is wrong, game is over. If he kills fuldu, then fuldu picks thok to be king and then thok may or may not be targeted for termination...

But I do agree with you Yosarian, that more random factors would be involved...
