As in me being Fame and Nikanor being Fortune? I don't understand your question unless you're bringing up awkward phrasing.

I don't really agree with the whole modkill thing and see it as an overreaction between both parties. It is a shame it had to come to that, though. :|

that was a terrible mod decision too IMO but reck shouldn't have posted after death.

There was a bit more to it, actually. Basically, it was going to be an Official Warning, but because of Rules Infractions, that ALSO gave SDC an Official Warning. So Tar was backed into a corner by his own rules. The mod team kind of supported it on those grounds, but urged Tar to calm down.

Mod Notes: Actually Lain Iwakura (from Serial Experiments Lain), Townie Dreaming God. Has a modified form of the Dreams of Reality ability. At the beginning of each game night, the Moderator will generate a random number between 1 and 10 using random.org and activate the Dream of Reality corresponding to the number generated: 1) There will be two lynches during the next game day; 2: Each player may use up to two activated abilities and each faction may use each factional ability up to two times during the next game cycle; 3: The next game day will have a nonretractable deadline of 5 real-life days; 4: During the next game day, players can't be replaced and inactive players will die at the end of the day; 5) During the next game day, players cannot quote posts; 6) During the next game day, lynch results in the player with the most FoS'es dying instead of the player with the most votes. 7) At the end of the next game cycle, the player with fewest posts dies; 8) The next game day will have a nonretractable deadline of two weeks; 9) The next game cycle is skipped entirely; 10) During the next game day, No Lynch will occur at deadline. The number Lain learns corresponds to the Dream of Reality randomly selected in this way, with 0 corresponding to 10. All Dreams except 3 and 7 interact with Time Dilation.

I didn't realise we had Day Talk, Faraday.

I don't think i'll be playing any more large games any time soon, it doesn't do any one any favours oh and I'll stick to 2 games max too. Lesson learnt!
Seriously. Read your role PM before playing.
I am sorry if you have to prod me, I have absolutely no concept of time.

Oh, I forgot to mention there was the dumbest rule ever in effect. Replacements were not allowed, meaning at the end of the day all the inactives were getting modkilled, which would have practically made the game unplayable anyway.

That was rather silly. And all the rules infractions would have modkilled everyone anyway, considering twenty (?) amounted to two rules infractions and that meant a modkilling. I didn't even realize that could happen

Didn't you say that rule was literal? And you could only get one warning from the Post Infractions?

So we could have lynched Haylen, and then rocks would have fallen? :?
In that case, why abandon the game?~

Ludi is wrong, Juls is right. You could only get one Official Warning from Rules Infractions. We even discussed this, Ludi.

@Vi: Because despite the two or three modkills pending it might have been possible to continue the limping and wounded game. Maybe.

I was going on Ludi's point that everyone would have modkilled themselves... which was the entire point of worrying about rules infractions to begin with.

Theoretical question: No matter how much power is given, is a 3-person scum team balanced in a 22 person game? Because that is essentially what we were since Elli was predetermined to die on D2. I am not sure how we were supposed to win that game at all.

Never discussed it. What was the point of all the infractions then, heh?

So..... five player vengeful in this thread?
