yes but having a bodyguard and a gunsmith as the only power roles is extremely weak even against 2 goons. Think about it. a BG helps absolutely nothing unless the cop has already claimed, which in turn makes it a 1-shot doc. if the mafia randomly kill after a D1 mislynch, they have 50% to kill the bodyguard, and if he hasn't protected the cop, that makes 75% to kill a town PR, which makes the town reaaaaaheaaaaally weak.

and AV is town too because if he is lying, then town has only a BG and self watcher. the watcher acts like a 1-shot cop, ASSUMING that the bodyguard protects him when he's dead. for that, the bodyguard has to know that the watcher is himself, so the mafia would know it too, and know not to target the watcher. and why would the watcher claim? he will have to know there's a BG in order for that to be effective.

point is that shamrock and AV are as conftowns as robert.

I actually skimmed a couple of 7p closed micros looking for ways that this setup could be balanced if AV was scum, and the only thing I could find was Empking's Clueless mafia, where the town was extremely low-powered but the scum only got one nightkill. I don't think anything like that is particularly likely here, though, especially given the flavor of this game.

Yeah, no vote. Mostly because I'm finding gunsmith to be a wtf role for the set-up. According to the flavor nobody should have had guns anyhow. So I'm trying to decide if AV is even serious about this claim. Seems like the kind of thing you'd do as a weird reaction test.

that does not matter at all. probably flavor, or, each goon has 2 shots only maybe, or something alike to make the scum stronger vs the gunsmith/bg/seflwatch. either way - he claimed VT - so he lied in his claim, and is going down. BUT theam must nameclaim before the lynch.

There was a reason it only had one-shot. I picked it up off the bodyguard when we lynched him. I got a pm letting me know that I'd spotted it and sneaked it off the body. It gave me a one-shot kill that I used on DJD. I'm guessing the gun was awarded randomly or something.

Now I know that AV is serious and town.

Because they can't. They don't have guns. They got them taken at the door, so they have to rely on the mislynch.

So...the flavor at the start fits to waht you say. But how did you know that? amazing memory there or something else?
and also - if they don't have guns, then we can just nolynch forever? and not get killed?
and another point - why did you shoot DJD? why did you decide to shoot immediately?
and another point - how does a bodyguard make sense if mafia cannot perform a nightkill?

I reread a lot when something catches my interest. I also play a lot of theme games, so I get used to drawing conclusions from flavor.

You could do that in a normal game. Remember "and they all lived happily ever after"?
Bodyguard exists for there to be a gun. Somebody gets the gun and things go crazy.

I shot DJD because I felt like he might have been scum. I shot immediately because I felt like it was worth using up in case I didn't make it through the day and scum got the gun. Now the shot is used up and it's all down to the lynches if I'm right about all of this.

The reason is, that I asked you four questions, the main one being the last - and you answered them all except the last. it all sounds fishy as it goes anyway - so I'm not buying this mafia-cannot-nightkill crap. then again, even if the mafia indeed can't, then we will kill you, and there will be no lynch, so it's a win-win situation. AV stated that exact question I posed at you.

@theam - not everybody remembers entirely everything. it wasn't such a big trap. but still, that reaction was scummy. I think that if you really were a loyal VT, then you'd just go to your role pm, say 'bla bla' that you said, and that's it. you also ignored completely everything else, you know.

anyway - the Zab condition is enough for me to conclude that you're scum by PoE, so irrelevant.
