I have never played this setup, and there were a couple people I would've really wanted to lynch, two of whom turned out to be scum/a town lover of scum. I was a little disappointed I couldn't see this game through because of that. ;)

In any case, two things:
1. My role PM originally had two different lovers in it. I would've rerolled the game, in all honesty, because it confirmed the lover of the second one listed as town ("remember, you don't know the alignment of Player X" would not go to scum). I pointed this out but the ruling stood that it didn't matter.
2. I was sent a PM via someone who replaced out of the game because I was "mean" and "crossed a line." Unfortunately, this player slot was not flipped yet, so it could've affected the integrity of the game.

But I will say this: if you ever request to replace out of the game, you're out of the game. It really insults the game's integrity when you cut ties with it, but still choose to interfere with it. This person also happened to be scum, which furthers my argument that you can continue to mess up a slot for someone even after you decide you're done with the game. Even if you're town, it's unfair to the replacement who then has to clean up the mess and fight to make a scummy slot town again. I did not appreciate being berated for voicing my opinions on the matter, however harsh they may have seemed, and even more so, being forced out of the game because of it.

I guess that's all I had to say. Congrats town.
Glork and quadz08 are my favorite.

I kind of see the point here, as a related error (you getting two role PM's, each of which mentions a different lover) would have indeed resulted in a reroll as you would have gotten the wrong person's role PM. Why I kept you is because I normally replace the player names with "PLAYER_01", "PLAYER_02", "PLAYER_03", and so on when I originally write the role PM's (due to the mechanics, I wrote "GUY_1", "GUY_2", "GUY_3", etc. and "GIRL_1", "GIRL_2", "GIRL_3", etc. instead). After I randomize the roles, those are replaced by the player names they are supposed to be. There was a wrong "guy" number in one of the places where it mentioned your lover, and since the person I said was your lover but wasn't could theoretically have had a scum lover, I saw no reason to reroll.

I definitely wouldn't mind getting a chance to play a game like this from the start. But yes, I did love the theme and the overall idea.
All the world's a stage, and all the men and women merely players.

O I forgot to comment in this game so I wouldn't be accused of ignoring the game I was scum in. How thoughtless of me.

Anyway I love all the ladies so.

Anyway I think the set-up was majorly imbalanced. If I had found one of the two male scum a day earlier, I would have earned that much more trust, and POE would be a bitch. As it was, I was only lynched because of ONE POST. ONE POST. ONE POST.

um what else? oh yeah

Fux you DMT. I mean that in the most heterosexual loving way from a man to another man

Although I will say - singer, I didn't know about the role pm thing, and I agree there. However, your argument that the PM influenced the game is correct - so why do you disagree with the decision to replace you? I don't get it.

She was kept until the issue with Majiffy, remember.

I did, and the way I format my PM's is my defense.

Okay, I think my issue is that I worded the first thing poorly. I meant that if singer thinks the Majiffy PM influenced the game, then why is she upset she was replaced because of it, even though it wasn't her fault?

I don't really understand fully what went on (did you get an angry pm from singer amrun?) but singer could simply be annoyed that she had to replace out for something that wasn't her doing.

tbh the only real-issue in this game was the bad balance, which really shouldn't have happened, as lover games like this should be pretty easy to balance.
