The Angel was sent down from the Heavens above to save the Villagers from themselves.

Despite her best efforts, the Villagers' emotions ran wild, and rivers ran red with the blood of the innocents.

There was nothing she could do but watch, as the ravages of war and fire consumed the world around her. She could hear the screams of the damned who were being dragged down to the depths below.

When she couldn't take the screams any more, the Angel got up, with her weapon of righteousness in her bloodstained hands, and walked away, into the ether.

This world was abandoned. Demons reigned supreme.
