Has this ever worked? I've never seen scum that are that crass. In every game I've been in, the guy who is lynched because they were blatantly fishing for a cop claim is a naive/inexperienced townie.

[I'm assuming that you are voting for Y because he was fishing for a cop claim. Ignore this post if I've misunderstood.]

I'm now voting Y not because he was "fishing for a cop claim" but because there could have been no

reason for my vote in a day-start game, regardless of my role. Not a big deal that he questioned it with his first post, but continuing to press the issue with his second made me wonder if he was trying to make my vote into something more than it was.

MoL isn't making that much sense - I think the assumption that MeMe and are working together is rather tenuous, but I don't agree with your logic, Sotty. I think there was a pretty significant difference between Stoofer and PlaysWithSquirrels in the way they followed MeMe. Stoofer did it jokingly whereas PlaysWithSquirrels jumped on the perfect wagon right after Stoofer's observations on it, yet ignored them and never provided his reasons for doing so.

I agree with Stoofer's thoughts and I would like to see Squirrels justify going against them.

Actually I disagree, I got the impression that both PWS and Stoofer followed MeMe in joke like manner. The PWS did come along after MeMe switched votes but it didn't feel any more serious than Stoofer's first vote. I would have preferred if MoL had given her thoughts on the matter before you did though.

My first vote was also not on the vote count, so I'm thinking it's an error.

The reason my vote is on Y is because I agree with MeMe's statement about the . Do I want to lynch him? Not at this juncture. Throwing votes around gets information for the town. It's a pretty weak vibe in the case of Y here, but it's a stronger one than I've gotten until this point. Nothing says that. If you have a random hunch, then you should say so. Making up a reason that makes no sense is worse because you are going to get less support from other players and/or attract votes.
