Oh I know why.. Carla came into this tunnel earlier with Casey and Yvonne. She saw the box with her Grandpa's initials on it but couldn't reach it.

I'm still wary of shutting off all 3x valves and believe we only need to do the correct combination. Perhaps?

The tunnel is wet and damp underfoot. There appears to be three gold bars on the ground here. Very large, probably valuable. They probably got swept here while the water was (very quickly) draining.

You arrive at a larger area, where the roof has been blown away, and a large amount of debris - swirled around - and dropped by the draining water. There is a metal box on the ceiling, and you can see into the remains of pipe work up above. This is probably the bathroom area.
