1) D1 reads and takes

2) Adapting my play to a TPR roll where it's important or useful to avoid getting night killed. Going into this game I was hoping to get VT so I could play like this and I had no plan what I would do if I rolled something like an investigative.

I'm thinking my vulnerability to AtE could be a result of overdoing it on the zeal when I push my scum reads. If I pushed Cephrir "good faith" just for the sake of doing it that way then I may have been less inclined to flip my read on him later. That's my theory any way.

Regardless of the read flip I do think you get too tunneled. I get it, I’ve been there, but in my experience nothing good comes from tunneling. People often either stop listening to you or assume your scum trying hard to push a specific mislim for some reason. When you start pushing literally every action someone does as scummy then you can know that’s when you’re having confirmation bias, which will make it harder to adjust if you’re wrong. Tunneling is also extremely frustrating for the target and if they are Town it tends to burn bridges and make them less willing to work with you later. And even if they’re scum it can feed any personal resentment they already feel towards you.

Also I do still want to know how much time left on a deadline is considered normal to claim before E-1 instead of waiting for intent.

anywhere between 24-48 hours seems reasonable to me assuming a 1 week deadline

For a 48 hour deadline, 2-6 hours before deadline is also around where you should claim unless you're wagoned in the last 2

With the info I had before the hammer probably wouldn't have shot anyone N2 and would have done it N3.

But the wagon on alchemist was: Frogsterking, Cephrir, Cat Scratch Fever, Enchant, Save The Dragons, PenguinPower, Not_Mafia

And me: Cat Scratch Fever, Save The Dragons, Cephrir, PenguinPower, furtiveglance, Not_Mafia

Ceph, CSF, STD, Penguin and NM all were on my and alchemist wagon. So somewhere in there. I sort of feel like the reasons CSF was using to paint me as scum were weak af so I would maybe go there, but would maybe have backed off that for fear of it coming across as a bit omgus.

So probably NM.

They also tried to kill her N1, but missed the deadline by ten minutes.
