I don't think we don't want them to get Newspaper Agency (the upgraded version of Printing Press). Right now, they don't know Newspaper Agency exists. This way we can sabotage and create a false inno or guilty.

No, each player may only vote for a single project.

At the end of the day, the first two legal projects with the most votes will be undertaken (ties broken by seniority).
For instance, if the Day ended now, the projects to be undertaken would be Bureau of Investigation and Neighborhood Watch (since Trading Outpost would not be legal, since only one development is allowed per Day, and so would be skipped over)

It's probably a far stretch to think that using

could unlock something like a Bank mechanic to save $$$.

I'm wondering if this might be a game we can power wolf in. Especially since there are several things we can vote on that put us on a council. I might move my vote later to try to get onto whatever 2nd place is if it looks interesting.

We have to spread heavy paranoia and not let him gain momentum. RC is already doing a good job, and I think Nurse would be a good candidate as an extra added voice against him. I feel like Leaf thrives in live interactions and Nurse could avoid that kind of engagement without it looking shifty.
