I get agitated every time this debate comes up. It's just a word. I call myself a faggot sometimes. Words don't define us, so why let them hold enough power over us to cause such rage?

It's like: "if someone called you a cardboard box, does that make you a cardboard box?

I think I did well and was killed for it. Honestly I am very disappointed in this game. Recka I will be happy to play any other game you guys mod and I'm /pre-in'ing for your next. I would hate to have been in the situation you guys were. I'm sorry this happened.

I dont like people using gay as a substitute to using BS or shit or stuff like that, but otherwise I dont really care.

Well, no. But everytime someone uses 'Faggot' as an insult, or uses 'gay' as a synonym of 'sucky' it reinforces the whole gay = bad notion.

I guess saying "lame" is bad as well making the physically challenged = bad notion too...

My take on it is that some people just have their own curses, but that doesn't mean they are bigots or racist or homophobic for using them, it's just something that became apart of their language. I also feel, however, that there is a time and place for said use of language, and generally saying such things in this forum isn't the right place.
