As the town starts calling for people to reveal themselves. Two step forward, saying that "I, Elle am the doctor." As the group argues, olio reveals himself to be none other than Pai Mei. He says his Five Point Exploding Palm Technique doesnt leave holes so he is not the killer, and even though Bad right now, is harmless and not worth the lynch. It is unsuccessful.

So it looks like my read on the game wasn't too far from correct. With the killing Night Three, I had simply assumed that I was wrong in some way. It never occurred to me that a vig might have misinterpreted/forgotten that I was saying that Leonidas was likely innocent.

Yeah, I think there was some unpleasant balance issues with the neutrals there, but we've already seen what happened. Other than that... well, I had a good time, at least.

Since this was only a mini I really don't think a win through mass role claim is less worth than an "ordinary" win, but I can understand Hattori Hanzo and Pai Mei's frustration over not being able to nightkill.

It's obvious that mod tried to stick pretty close to the original script here. I really like this in a themed game, but the powers could perhaps have been distributed otherwise to balance things. But we have to remember that we got extremely lucky in nailing the SK day one and sorting out halo's sanity issue very quickly. If halo had investigated a townie and received "bad" it might have confused us quite a bit.

I really didn't like my role, mostly because of the selfish aspect it had built-in. On the other hand, it had a nice moral question after I claimed: will the town show mercy and let me have a shot winning with them or will they play selfish too, latter being of course the safest and most logic choice.

That said I feel game was unbalanced from my point of view: there was only two people with night-kill abilities and one of them was townie. Warpdragon, did you really think me or Fuldu had shot in winning? What other strategies you (or anyone else) would've used in my situation?

Also, town won already on first day and from there on the whole game was about me and Fuldu - will we survive or not? So, for town the setup seemed easy, for SK hard and for us neutral almost impossible.

I did have good time though, so thanks everyone!

Suggestions:

I really liked the setup, although - yes, it was heavily in favor of the town.

Two possibilities:
- Make Karen Wong a SK too, sent by a rival gang to take out Bill + DVA (just like in the movie?)

AND / OR

- Allow Pai-Mei and Hattori Hanzo to be mafia with the Bride.

Halo, probably because it was highly obvious from the get-go that the DVA was the town in this game, and the lack of counter-claims made to the people who were implying that they were DVA.
