AP I expect to not assume I'm scum so easily, to have paranoia that maybe, just maybe, this is a Mastin who simply isn't in touch with reality, and thus, null/town, not confscum.
Jake I can see misreading me as town, but that's the direction what little pathetic analysis I did points to as being scum.
And similarly for you, pecan, in that your posting feels like smug scum who just won.
And yet, emo also has that feeling, of knowing scum just won and having that strong townread.

mastin, i can't defend the lynch for you. if you are at L-1, you should have done something about it yourself. the reason why you were getting votes is because of your wall posting. when you notice that what you are doing is causing town to scum read you, and even nacho said you were scum, you should have done something there. i guess you didn't read current developments to avoid a taint in your reads, but getting mishammered is much worse than tainted reads!

The thing is, I'm not overstretched. I carefully monitor those things. I'm handling my game load fine. In depression, sure, yeah, a normal load becomes too high of a load. Out of depression, though, and it's fine. That doesn't mean the lingering effects of the depression vanish overnight. And in this game? The result was a me who had not a god-damned clue who the hell it'd be.

Fuck calling this apathy. I was anything BUT apathetic. If I was apathetic about this goddamned game, I'd have replaced out. I stayed in it because I WASN'T apathetic. Because I DID give a fucking damn, because I DID care about it, but in spite of caring about it, I WAS STILL STRUGGLING. It was there. In my posts. That struggle. That trouble. That god-damned miserable me, who wanted to win the game but had absolutely no fucking clue who it was.

I tried. I've BEEN trying. IT'S RIGHT THERE IN MY POSTS. That effort. That caring. If I didn't care, this would hurt less. If I didn't actually want to lynch scum, then I wouldn't be nearly as emotional as I am right now. BUT I DID. And that's what makes it so damn bad. I've never had that damn much trouble establishing a baseline. I've never had that damn much trouble getting a god-damned good, solid read. Yet I had nothing. NOT. A. GOD. DAMNED. THING. For me to latch on to. I tried. It's there. All the times I tried to have something. All the times I tried to have some sort of solid basis. Yet it fell apart. Each time, it based off of a lie or a kneejerk reaction, rather than on anything actually solidified.

That's not god-damned apathy. That's indecisiveness. That's being lost. Without direction. Confused. Troubled. Frustrated. But never fucking apathetic.

LIKE HELL WAS THAT HALF-HEARTED. If that was half-hearted, maybe I could have given a god-damned miracle by throwing my full heart into it. BUT I ALREADY HAD. Heart. Soul. It was there. I couldn't. I literally could not. Get that god. damned. grip. I TRIED. I literally did everything in my power to try. To get that basis. But it simply wasn't there. If it had been. This game would have been so much simpler. It would have been so damn easy if I could lock onto something.

But even now.

EVEN. GOD. FUCKING. DAMN. NOW. After I've lost the goddamned game. I STILL don't have it. I still can't tell. I still don't have a god-damned clue as to who the hell it actually is. I poured my full essence into things, and still couldn't figure it out. Still can't. I simply can't tell.

And at this point. I'm basically praying that, yes. You're scum. Because if you're not. Then the fact that you've taken this reckless, heartless attitude towards this makes it even worse.
