Orci has shown too much activity, too much analysis, and too much paranoia for me to seriously entertain the idea of him being scum.

I guess if by some miracle kanye flips town, I guess orci might be scum, but probably not.

I half-heartedly agree, I do not really see your point, though, wouldn't that be exactly the impression scum would want others to have? Rather null to me.

This is not a good argument IMO, I don't know why you assume Om would necessarily mention his partner at all, although it is well possible that this is indeed the case.
I do agree with the point on him going against Ven, though.
