You already made a random vote; is this vote somehow based on reasoning?ShowMaybe Subservience to Protocol isn't tantamount to Solution to Problem ...

@Farside, let's say we have a mission called Batman as a day 2 choice and said mission appears again on day 4. The power batman gives on night 4, will it be the same power it is on night 2? Bassically I assume mission names are always for the same mission, yes?
Assuming that the mission named batman means the same thing everytime batman is a choice I think I just thought up a rather helpful town strategy. Should anyone get a mission that has no real town applications (Basically a mission that only helps scum or a mission that hurts the town, like miller) someone should claim that mission the next day. That way if that mission shows up on the selection list we can exploit it.
Step 1
Someone gets crap mission like miller and says it was crap next day.
Step 2
That mission shows up again
Step 3
we vote on who is scumiest but don't hammer
Step 4
Before hammer said scummiest person is talked into selecting crap role
Step 5
we lynch scummy players and remove crappy role from game
Step 6
If crappy role when revealed is not crappy like learned in step one, we lynch liar about role next day.
Descent plan yes?
And this is pokerface. You guys wnat us to say which of us is using the hydra account when? When I joined this site, I was a software tester for mobile business applications and the song PokerFace was not yet written by Lady Gaga
Now I test lottery and gambling software as my job. It's funny how my life has turned out. Somewhere a Time Traveler is laughing madly-

@Poker- sounds great if it works that way. Don't know that the about-to-be lynched would cooperate to get rid of scum roles, and almost any town role can be twisted by scum, but I'm willing to give it a shot.

Scummiest player will likly be lynched regardless of if they take the crap role or not. If they do't take the crap role then they are taking something town may need and thus hurting the town. And thus said anti-town action should cause a lynch of that player
If you think the plan is good, why are you voting us? random?
so as to not hold thing up and let's face it I am pokerface I love to gamble in real life, I'll take bookie
Pick: Bookie-

Yes, since I pick near the bottom, unless a sparklingly good case comes up, I'll vote the people in front of me until they pick.

And since it would take a while to determine who gets the undesirable role, that would mean that those who happen to be first in the order would be exempt because they could already pick; it's a logistical mixed bag .ShowMaybe Subservience to Protocol isn't tantamount to Solution to Problem ...

ahh crap you are right, I think I got over zealous with my plan and the time limit feature might have temporarily slipped my mind during that planning process
I suppose in theory we could still figure out who is scummiest during that 48 hours or we could figure out who is scumiest a game day ahead of time (decide day 1 who is second scumiest and should die during day 2) but then suspicions can change overnight so that aspect of things not as reliable.-

What we could do is have the second leading wagon (aka scummy enough to be a viable lynch the next day) to pick the 'crap role' the next day if they are alive. That doesn't mean we have to lynch them that day, but they are more likely to be lynched than other players.
But this is all a waste of time right now.

We should be scumhunting right now and not just waiting until everyone picks a role. 48hrs x 11 players (12th doesn't get to pick) means this stage can last to a maximum of 3 weeks. This won't happen, but waiting until everyone picks is a bad idea, and a way for scum to actively lurk (moreso following days).-

If we do this, then we need a definition of crappy role. Because I know I hate Vanilla Townie more than miller."Animorpherv1's posts are so powerful that prolonged exposure may cause vertigo, nausea, acute tinnitus, and in rare cases, death." - vonflare
