Well, if by "chances are" you mean that 1 out of 2 times I would be, I'd agree. As a Tailsian, though, it is only honorable of me to point out that your shooting me might well be in your best interest. I definitely would not want you to shoot me, but I'm afraid that you probably will. I, too, would appreciate feedback.

The chances are almost certainly not 1 in 2 that I'm not going to shoot you. The psychological stimga of getting shot vs. shooting, the possibility that one of us has correctly read the other, the fact that I've always secretly hated you...any of these could enormously sway the odds one way or the other.
