I think Aunt Jemina is more likely to be Sala's partner than you so that's probably who I'm voting today unless she can persuade me otherwise. I'd like to do another reread just to make sure but another game is almost at deadline so I have to give that one priority for the moment.

In post 532, Huntress wrote:Welcome to the game!

How is Sala confirmed scum to you? I agree he is most likely to be scum out of you, him and Vi but for all you know, Vi and I could be scum together. We're not, but that's beside the point. I don't think you can use the fact that we both posted since Sala's vote to prove it (as mentioned in your post 526) as the posts were too far apart, so where are you getting that confirmation from?
Here, Huntress appeals to fear, trying to generate paranoia to make this old lady unvote. Furthermore, she demonstrates knowledge of me being town in doing so. It serves as a test to see who she is going to target in lylo.

In post 543, Huntress wrote:Seeing these last few posts, I've got a really bad feeling about this. I don't know if it's Aunt Jemina's mocking tone that's making me doubt her sincerity, or the exchanges between Vi and Sala, but I'm going to do a turn around here.

Vote: Aunt Jemina
Here, Huntress displays classic scum panic. She knows very full and well that her only hope of victory was to get me lynched, when by her own admission, Sally should have been scum. But rather than hammering sally, she goes for this old lady instead. I had made it clear that I was fairly certain she was scum, so she dropped the need to buddy up to me, something she had attempted to do in the previous quote.

In post 539, Salamence20 wrote:Because I'm town, and this "replacement" doesn't have reads of her own, she is just sheeping CES's reads, she knows she just needs one lynch out of Sala/Huntress, so why not vote town and dodge her buddy?
Here, Sally tries to discredit this old lady's as being simple sheeping of CES, which is incorrect--I used CES's reads as a starting point, but I ultimately formed my own conclusions when I did my readthrough. Sally, like Huntress, knew that if he got lynched, the scumteam was losing this game.

In post 541, Salamence20 wrote:GG town.
And here, Sally admits defeat, knowing that in lylo, Huntress can't pull through.

Adding all of this to my previously-stated reasons for my suspicions, and it's time to make the call.

VOTE: Huntress.

I guess this is the part where I reference CES or something...

A rather important note where it comes to my games: please do not post in them if you are neither alive or
were not even part of the game
before I reveal the outcome. Having the living players reveal the final result is rather annoying by itself, but having someone who was not in the game come in and say their piece after the hammer was outright bad form. I deleted that post, and I hope I don't have to make this spiel again. A game is not open to anyone except those participating in it until the mod says so.

PEdit: Yes, it disappeared because I deleted it. My game, my control buttons. ;)

Whoa, taking a break and noticed this game ended. Good work team!

Props to pretty much everyone in the town for carrying this game. I know I was pretty much worthless but sometimes that's the way things turn out. I don't think the hip-fire, loose playstyle on satire suits me so I'll be sticking to Empire from now on.

Nice to meet you too, Vi! Heard a lot of great things about you and the others in the roster (which is why I joined this game in the first place) and I was not disappointed. Hopefully, I'll see you guys in another game sometime soon.

Great modding Tierce! Thanks for letting me into your game, I had a great time while I was alive.

(PS: CES, Regfan wanted me to pass on a joke about the Netherlands to you, but I forgot what it was and I'm not at my PC so I can't look at my chatlogs :/ )

Well, that turned out better than expected.

I'm sure there's a lesson in here somewhere about pair-based PoE being somewhat dodgy and not lynching me.

Lynching you led to the game being won, though.

Lynching Sala and Huntress led to the game being won. Me getting lynched could've easily led to the game being lost (e.g. if we haven't had a quality replacement for Psyche).

An interesting note about this game, when I offered to replace in, I was sure Psyche was sour. It was quite a shock to this old lady's system to discover he wasn't, and I realized that I had a lot to fight for.

I'm curious as to what made Vi ultimately go with Sally then Huntress. It seemed as if Vi was going to vote me with those inquiries directed my way.

My pseudo-legendary scumhunting skill can be best summarized as the product of resourceful lateral thinking, coordinated nonlinear thought progressions, and the natural intuition of a raving lunatic who wants to grow up to be a puppy.
