First instinct was newb-town. Then, after your post, I went through his post in your head, and I'm torn. I can see how it comes across as feigned/fake, but in my experience (of reading random games), newb-town can come across as feigned for some reason. I have no idea why, maybe something to do with fitting into site meta etc. Going to look into SS meta tomorrow.
