I think its a decent town tell, its not optimal scum play either way, so with there having been a night phase I see it as even less likely, especially if that was scum kill and not vig kill.
I just see town as far more likely to make that play since it eliminates any WIFOM if they die, sort of like a miller claim on principle. They can come from scum, but it just makes far more sense to come from town.

I think it is optimal scum play for free town points. Like a miller claim its probably true rather than a gambit; that doesn't mean you can rule out a gambit.

In my skim of the topic earlier before Day 1 ended, I didn't like either of these two players. Both filled Day 1 with small pot shots, and fluff posting. Slightly suspicious of Lowell as well both for the vig shot and the justification.
When my V/LA ends, I will post more in depth analysis.

We are hypo claiming. Its an old tactic to use in order to help hide a role when no one is sure who it is but the results are good to know. Whether or not Haze is telling the truth, it makes a whole lot of sense to hypo because he brought up a good point. If a KT dies, its essential to know who they had as town, by claiming who we have *if* we are a KT, it gives us all the information we need. So with my claim, if I flip KT, you know DK is town. That way there is no WIFOM attached to a flip, and a cleared town doesnt get lynched or scum gets called cleared.
The worst that happens is a couple of us pick scum as our "cleared" and scum knows that we are not a KT, but dont know if we are something else. It also can probably scare scum a little because if they kill someone and they flip KT, they just cleared someone on mistake. If you are not KT, lie and claim someone who you have defended or ignored or something that you would have done if they are KT.

So essentially every player has to Hypoclaim KT and we just wait for the flip. Though I can't see why Lowell would bother. He's the vig no matter what, and PJ obviously didn't mention having multiple powers.
LF; I'm not too sure what my read on Kdowns/Alvinz is due to Alvinz's lack of posting. Also Kdowns is often barely in most games he plays. Of course, this does not make it town behavior.

I've only gotten to skim over the thread, which was the reason for my short 1st post with a very general conclusion of what the situation was. I will do a more in depth read, and my thoughts on the game, perhaps tomorrow or Wednesday. I should be free past Wednesday.
I understand that they are just from light reading and should not be taken as accusations or anything...but some discussion would be nice before the day is over.
I stand by my Empking and Chimaira reads. Empking's only content case came from his page 2 vote on Zeek for opportunism. He hasn't made a single content argument since then. Every other post has been filled with fluff, theory, or nothing but votes. He is trying to look town with his theory talk, but he hasn't actually done anything I would expect from Empking Town.
Chimaira is gut. He spends the first 15 posts or so just fluff posting, pretty much just goofing off. He isn't actually doing anything to make himself look town, but he is putting busy posts down. He is trying to avoid being lurker scum, so he is filling posts up and then condemning other players for lurking behavior.
Lowell I am more hesitant on, and it's more of a bad vibe. He has a general anti-town behavior from the two games I have played with him (both town), and he is very lurkish, almost non-committal to the games he is in. He is playing up that behavior now, which is a town-meta lean on him, but what I don't like is his vigging post. The deadline was no where near close, Thomith wasn't close to being lynched yet (I think he only had half the votes needed), but Lowell was apologetic for having to take a shot, something I would not expect Lowell to do as town. He has convictions and I think this looked like more of a way that he used it as an excuse to get rid of his bullet early on a lynch leader.
Not sure what to make of the Zeek twins, they kind of butter up to each other, which is odd, but both don't seem scummy really. TSGRaaize is a town read as his opinion is pretty solidly like mine. Amrun is a slight town read as well. Playing very closely to her town meta that I have seen before.
