Most books I can tell you from looking at the pic:

On top:

Stewart Evans, Keith Skinner - The Ultimate Jack the Ripper Sourcebook

Top shelf above tv (pockets):

Frank Herbert - Dune
Lincoln, Baigent, Leigh - Holy Blood, Holy Grail
Paul Chistopher - Michelangelo's Notebook
Gregg Looms - The Pegasus Secret

Carole Nelson Douglas - Chapel Noir
Carole Nelson Douglas - Castle Rouge

Terry Pratchett - Disc World book 1
Terry Pratchett - Disc World book 2
Allan Folsom - The Day After Tomorrow

Bottom shelf above tv (hardcovers):

John Connolly - The Black Angel
Steve Alten - The Loch
Steve Berry - The Third Secret

Ian Caldwell, Dustin Thomason - The Rule of Four
Umberto Eco - Baudolino
Peter Quint - Hour of The Cat

The contents of the cupboard on the left of the tv I do not know completely. Basically the first shelf is all Playstation games and the second one is a bunch of books from Umberto Eco, Dan Brown, some about the grail and writing plots.

But more importantly, the good luck charm you sent me is standing on the left of my alarm clock!

Mackay: I miss you too, sweetie ;).

Phoebus: Yeah, he's being guarded by a Knight Templar I bought in Provins on my trip there with DP and Bambi the day after Leo's wedding :).

Baudolino? How is that? (I've read Foucault's Pendulum and The Island of the Day Before -- really enjoyed the former, but found the latter incredibly slow and hard to get into.)

Well, I guess you can place the book somewhere between Foucault's Pendulum and The Island of the Day Before. The way the man describes things is still beyond me. It takes place somewhere in the 12th century, accounting for a lot of historical facts. But nearing the end those have to make place for mythological ones. I think he tried to put too many subjects into this book and didn't know where to go from there. Nonetheless, I still found it an interesting read.

If you want to read another
brilliant
book by Eco, try The Name of the Rose!!

Yeah, I know I have to track that down. Also want to find "How to Travel With a Salmon" -- a friend back in high school had it and I can recall what little I saw was hilarious. :)

Or maybe it's a normal TV and he's really short. Hey, I've got no way of knowing.

In any case, it's about five-and-a-half pocket books wide ;).
